I'm a bit unsure of the timing; I'd have mapped the whole song with a single 170.00 BPM section. I'm not a timing expert though, so I'll echo Sakura's words to find someone good at it. I definitely feel that 170.04 is wrong though, 01:01:194 sounds quite off. Regardless,
You could also delete the .osb and full submit again.
I'd add about a second of lead-in time, so that the player has at least 2 seconds to get ready.

00:30:848 (1) - Probably can move this down a grid to line it up on the center line with 3.
00:30:848 (1,2,3,4) - I'd avoid having patterns that come back and cover themselves with the hitbursts, especially on the easiest difficulty.
00:44:256 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2) - These three combos are packed too closely, like what I said before. Just select all of the notes in the editor, and you can see that they're all on top of each other, and the glowing circles are a big blob. Spread them out a bit?
00:49:549 (1,2,3) - I'd avoid hiding the slider heads, but whatever. I do recommend moving the 3 out a bit so that it's not completely covered and only half-covered, like the 2 is right now.
01:01:194 (1,2,3,4,5) - This is clumpy too.
01:20:636 (2) - Looks a bit funny.
Overall, the only real issue here was that I thought the notes were too tightly packed and hard to read for an Easy. I'd also recommend not using so many slider points, like at 01:16:402 (3); it can look better with the right number of points. See

00:29:613 (1,2) - Move the 0.75x section back, and replace these two notes with a slider? It'll help the transition into the 0.75x.
00:44:609 (2) - Grid snap the points so it's perfectly horizontal?
00:50:255 (2,3,4) - I'd use grid snap and line these up so that they're vertically straight.
00:57:665 (10) - Stack this right under 8?
01:13:579 (5,6) - Move these up a bit so that 6 ends up right under 4, and 5 to its immediate right.
Most of these are just because of how you tend to place notes without using grid snap and a bit haphazardly, since many of them are just because the notes are in an awkward spot where it's either hard to read or just one or two grids away from a much "better" spot. (straight line with one note that's a grid out of line, or a square with one of the corners just a bit off, or something like that). Overall, a good map with a cool skin. Make sure you get the timing looked at.
