Saw this image on reddit a while back and it's stuck with me since. I thought it'd be interesting to discuss here.
First, wtf is Australian cuisine? Is this a case where I'm so familiar with Australian food that it doesn't register as a cuisine, or is it legitimately just shit like meat pies, vegemite and fairy bread
Second, I think it's important to note that most people are probably really only familiar with their own cuisine, and their experience with other cuisines is mostly going to be basically the cuisine's "biggest hits" they've had at restaurants or whatever
