--sometimes there are random claps in the middle of a whistle sections (speaking of normal and easy, didn't pay that much attention to hitsounds in hard and insane). In my opinion, claps should be used in systematic pattern (even if it's some extremely long, almost incomprehensible pattern). I do realize that you use claps in a specific phrase (like when you have two 1/2 notes together), but other times it's just a clap (or a few claps) in a whistle pattern section. At least that's what it strikes me as. Maybe I'm just not paying enough attention. 00:13:515 in easy would be one example I have.

that's why i think the claps there looks strange...
but sometimes i would feel bored when the hitsounds are like "don don don clap don don don clap ....."
that's why i tried to make it different...
anyway it does look strange and i've fixed them.

The starting points being different is perfectly acceptable, but I think it's always better to have all the diffs start at the same point and end at the same point
Also, the difficulty feels forced because most of the patterns felt like they were put there for the sake of placing them here (I said nothing about beat placement as I thought it's fine). That's only my personal view anyway.
