I accidentally got it when I played a 3* chart (3* is very hard for me, I'm noob). If you really want it you can just play a chart that has exactly 50 sliders in mania and miss the end of all of them.

By the way I honestly think it's easier to get a worse (better) score with relax but it's harder to get 0 points because of the last part which is absolutely crazy.
