I love my Sailor Moon bowl I brought back home from Japan last year. Perfect design, great size (wouldn't mind if it was a bit bigger though... it's good for cereal, not so much for ramen).

J-pop:
It is the genre of music I listen to the most. The main thing that I love is the fact that the song are japanese, I find japanese to be the most beautiful language. I also don't care that I don't understand the lyrics, when I listen to music, I more often than not I don't even pay attention to what is being said, even if can understand it. I abstract the lyrics in my mind as just another instrument in the song. (btw, this doesn't mean that I don't care at all, some song sounds musically pleasing but I hate them because of the lyrics, especially with english pop song that uses playboy culture in their song, which I hate).
Vocaloid:
Some would argue that vocaloid is the same as j-pop, but I think that vocaloid song are different enough to count as it's own genre. I really love vocaloid song because I really like how they sound. It's like listening to a normal song, but the voice is more electronic, which I really like. I find that the unnatural feel of vocaloid song makes the song more interesting to listen to.
Instrumental:
This one is a bit large and is not even a genre but I don't care. I really like to listen to song containing only instrument, whatever the genre or the instrument. Not having lyrics in the song is very good because then, you don't even need to abstract the lyrics as an instrument and you can just appreciate the music in it's purest form.

Symphonic metal, the epicness of symphonies are the best complement to this genre in particular, the roughness of metal can be either strengthened or softened at will without making it boring or overwhelming.
I am not sure what is this genre called but I like folk when it's mixed with electronic music and/or metal, that makes it incredible.

- Ambient - It helps me calm down and focus, while not having to sit in complete silence. Undisruptive, perfect background music.
- Experimental Rock - It takes all the enjoyable elements of traditional Rock music, like live drums and electric guitars, and throws in a lot of different elements, like unusual instruments, time signatures or electronic elements. It never gets boring and I usually listen to Experimental Rock in exact opposite situations for which I would need Ambient background music.
- Pop - I party a lot nowadays. Pop is (usually) simple, easy and catchy, perfect to sing along or dance to. Even at work or home, when I'm bored, it's just super easy to pick any album and just vibe with it. Great vocalists and professional producers are essential for me personally, I'm less into Lo-fi/Bedroom Pop.
