I met with my old friend from osu! and we were reminding ourselves how the game looked like back then, a few years ago. During that time we talked about thelewa. Watched replays of some of his scores, talked about his rivarly with Cookiezi, discussed how amazing of a player he is...
...was. Truly devastating to hear that he's not with us anymore. Always been an inspiration to me as an accuracy player. Wish I could get to know him better as a person rather than an avatar in a video game, but apparently this is not possible anymore.

Found this out through Twitter, rushed to get my word in. I frequently talked to lewa even before he became one of the strongest players of his time. I’ll never forget the fun times we had together. Rest in peace man, I enjoyed every minute of your company.

I still remember the time when I was starting to play osu and I heard someone from Finland was the world #1 player. My reaction was just purely "woah.." since this country doesn't have too high of a population. May you rest in peace Lewa, you are the true legend.

This hurts so much. When I joined, he had barely stopped playing for a while, but I watched so many videos and watched so many of his plays. He was the accuracy god for the meta before Bikko. I've read so many of his forum posts, and genuinely appreciated them.

I've been playing for less than a year and I've never even seen him, but hearing about him from time to time, about how good he was and that he was able to do it all trough hard work and not talent always made me smile and try harder. Hearing this, I feel awful. Rest In Piece dude, you not only were, but still are a legend.

I remember watching almost every stream Lewa did back in 2013-2014. He was one of the most entertaining osu! streamers back then. He was really a funny guy, and his stream was a place you could come and just feel welcomed. Even though I never got the chance to talk to him, and tell him all of this, I really hope he knew what his stream and him as a person ment to the osu!community. I also wish he could've seen all of these messages being written about him, he would've deserved to know. It's sad and unfair that this has to happen at such a young age, but I hope he is happy now. Thanks for everything you did for us, and also for the osu! game.

RIP thelewa, you will always be remembered not only for clicking circles but for who you were.
I'm not gonna say anything really innovative, the others covered pretty much everything. thelewa has always been my favorite accuracy player, it's because of him that I am so hard on myself when my accuracy drops below 99%. His streams were always entertaining to watch and his ask.fm was always fun to read. I remember how happy he was when he briefly became #1 back in 2014. It actually blows my mind that some people don't know who he is. For me, he will always be an osu legend, one of my idols in the game, an amazing player and a genuinely funny person.
He is definitely in a better place, but it's still heartbreaking that he is not here with us.

I never spoke with Leevi personally, but he's a big part of who I am right now, thank you Leevi, I will never forget you.
