It seems that this mapset has shown a lot of promise and potential. So for your sake, I shall take care of the process
And speaking about the two Insane difficulties, my only concern about those two are the executions of structures and its internal design/aesthetics. You might just need to do a little more work over them thoroughly in order to keep things up organized and well structured. Or either way, you might also need a few more mods to ensure the mapset is ready to go for my bubble. Therefore, hmu for a recheck when you've done everything as told ok

I would actually say, you could at least try to adjust the slider curves and make it look better than forced. Try something similar to this for example, it might help out the aesthetics to look appealing and flows smoother.
- 00:45:106 (1) - Kinda like the above issue for pattern, but this is just one slider. The blanket doesn't seem perfect as well, so maybe redoing the curves around this slider would do the thing.

I mean like, there's this beat/vocal landing on 00:17:706 - sounds pretty much intense for a click rather than lifted. Technically you could do something like Ctrl + G these three notes, and readjust their placements to keep the polygon pattern.
- 00:32:506 (2,3) - To me personally, I don't really think these two notes should be stacking while the song track sounds a bit dense to keep up the flow and motion. I do know it's barely noticeable, but it's just kinda not right to make such delays over something potential. So yeah, maybe unstack the two notes and place them elsewhere better than the current one. And besides, this is the only stack over the whole song track section here. So a bit of consistency maybe?
- 01:09:612 - Gave up following the audible hi-hats? I do have the feeling that this tick should have a circle to follow it like every triplets you added through the whole difficulty. So why not add one here?

- 00:01:906 (1,2,3,1) - 00:05:706 (2,3) - 00:07:306 (2,3,4,1) - Honestly, there's a bunch of inconsistencies around here in density and some sudden distance spacing change, and I highly recommend you to look through it again and make sure everything is in order. There's some really obvious ones like 00:07:906 (3,4) - or 00:02:506 (2,3) -, you get the idea. Also in case you're doing pattern based on reducing distance spacing for the piano notes in the song track, try only relying on the intensity as well if possible. As the patterns themselves are also reliant on the song, after all.
- 00:15:506 (5,6,7) - 00:26:706 (4,5,6) - 00:33:906 (1,2,3) - Even when you're attempting to vary such patterns and placements of every note, you'd probably want to maintain some pattern in them as to make it seem like it's organized well. Because right now in its current state, the three parts mention are kinda misleading in structural flow and a bit random in placements. I would suggest mapping out differently over these parts by making a structure shape, like a complete triangle on 00:15:506 (5,6,7) - or a back-and-forth flow on 00:27:106 (5,6,1) - , and so on. With that way or another, it could help out reflecting the song itself much more accurate.
- 00:46:306 (3) - How about flipping this slider vertically? Ctrl + J the 1/2 slider and placing it above slider (2) on 00:45:706 (2) - would make it best for flowing towards the next notes. It won't affect much on structure though, but it'll keep up the aesthetics at some point.
- 00:49:906 (1) - Well, almost like the easy difficulty for curving the sliders much smoother. But hey, this one can be a little better to be fair. You may want to place the slider points a little more narrow in the slider body to make it much more appealing, something like this for example. You can try another kind of slider shape, if you don't mind of course.
- 00:58:268 (2,3) - Probably the same issue about stacking notes over good beats/sections in the previous difficulty. Might wanna place the circle somewhere else for sure.
- 00:58:831 (4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - Technically, this whole section of executing such structures are way too messy when representing the chorus here. Would actually be much better to have a somewhat similar visual distance spacing between those notes. Minor variations in distance spacing like these makes it look really random and unintentionally forced out mapping. It's up to you for how you would like to arrange it, but I would still advice making it more structured nicely than it is currently.

I can see you've tried to make a polygon pattern around this part, but this one doesn't seem to work best in my opinion. You might need to readjust the circles' placements of course. Right now, it doesn't seem to be appealing enough to make such circular flowing.
- 01:03:893 (7,1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - Might be the same issue as above, but it doesn't look really appealing at all. The pattern shape is poorly executed as if the circles' placements were a bit forced off by distance spacing or so on. I highly suggest using some tool that might help you polish your polygon shapes up by Ctrl + Shift + D. With that, you might pull off a good structure despite the object compensation between the notes. Not to mention that you'll need to watch over the distance spacing as well when applying it.

- 00:34:706 (3,4) - Similar as before before xD I think mapping both as a slider would fit better the vocals there.
- 00:55:831 (3,4) - Again, stacking like that for such an emphasized sectino (kiai) doesn't really match at all. You also should care about 00:56:581 (2,3) - which is same rhythm but you apply it with different spacing.
