Yo
Hope it helps!
Normal
00:11:773 (1) - Don't think this NC is necessary, just a small notice, to make it more consistent.
00:15:842 (1) - For me this would be better placed at x:124 y:88 to follow better with previous slider, which makes it easier to read and hit at the right time, also meaning 00:17:365 (1) - slider end has to be placed behind it.
**^ if above was fixed, 00:18:054 (2) - this slider should be rotated -15* to selection center, it would all look like this now: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/4925684
****^Unless of course you just decide to blanket better this 00:18:718 (1) - to end of slider 00:18:054 (2)
00:26:647 (5) - Would be easier to hit this if you add a NC kinda like 00:27:449 (6,1) - to notice the change of rhythm.
00:38:740 (1) - This slider felt a bit long but because between 00:39:401 and 00:39:701 the timing is faster than the parts around it, just wanted to point this out, because it feels like some rhythm is being skipped there, nothing bad.
00:44:498 (1) - Give this a bit more space from the previous by placing slider start at x:236 and slider end at x:333 y:75 (if you can)
00:53:985 (3) - NC again
01:00:536 (4) - Give this slider more space? placing at x:412 y:88 should be good, it is due to the pauses on the song.
01:49:027 (2,3) - I would give these 2 sliders a new combo because the slider speed change is very noticeable
01:52:013 (5) - To me a better way to improve the distancing to the next slider would be to place this circle at x:444 y:248 to give time to prepare for rhythm change.

Hard
Change AR to 7.5 (Max 8), on a map like this it makes it easier to read patterns that have all these rhythm changes, even though its more reaction based, unstable rate gets improved alot for everyone that don't misclick for having too many objects on the screen that were planning ahead on when to time it right. CS3 also make approach circles occupy too much screen space.
01:07:159 (3) - Replace with 2 small sliders same size as 01:06:844 (2) because this slider felt a bit too long, Like this: http://puu.sh/oh9nc/11bfc01aa5.jpg as in for position, i guess something as simple as this but you can figure out a better placement http://puu.sh/oh9te/a171e77ef4.jpg adding higher speeds like in 01:08:250 (2,3,4) - would be cool as well but as it is fits good
While on this subject, add NC to 01:06:844 (2,2) - due to slider speed changes being more drastic than the following ones
01:44:020 (2,1) - Replace these 2 NCs because of slider speed of 1 is the same as 2 while the previous 01:43:320 (1) - is fairly slow.
01:45:792 (1) - Remove NC
That's it really for Hard, it's mostly nitpicking but that's the best i could find.

Insane
00:26:818 (1) - Remove NC as it follows same instrument as 00:26:647 (2) - so the combo becomes more consistent.
00:28:080 (1) - Same as before
**^ To add on this, you could alternaly make these two circles 00:26:647 (2,2) - have NC so sliders 00:26:130 (1,1) - are on its own, looks good and also makes the violin more noticeable from the change of tone.
01:03:330 (4) - NC?
01:28:009 (6,1) - Replace these 2 NCs to make it easier to read the previous circle, it caught me offguard that stacking and makes this now more consistent as to the rest of the map.
02:02:125 (1) - NO, remove that sound, remember this map? https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/4925970 there's a reason it got removed, earrapes are not allowed in osu.
Not much to say on this either, you're a really good mapper and i knew this would happen so i still tried my best at finding some things remotely noticeable.
