Small grid level is messing up the distance snap and blanketing, instead use tiny grid size or no grid instead. Also, because a lot of the blankets you're doing are exactly the same, you can just do one and copy-paste the others to make them look more uniform (and also it's faster).

00:13:550 (1,2) - blanket is like a pixel off lol
00:27:150 (3,4) - i wouldn't recommend placing these sliders like this bc earlier you used a very similar arrangement to represent very different sounds / you did it for 1/4 gaps
00:51:550 (5,1) - this is super uncomfortable to play. either make it flow better or like make the spacing less extreme or something

you should probably ask or at least tell if you're gonna remove my GD from the set especially when u use my diff as a template and use the exact same rhythm as me, even the same patterns at times. rude. also the notes on empty sounds in the intro of your insane are still unrankable just saying. gl

Hai, from my modding queue!

Imakuri's Normal:

Rhythms and Timing

00:17:950 (2) - There are 2 occasions where there is a note mapped like this, where there is no sound it is actually following. You are not following the vocal line so this circle shouldn't really be here.
00:29:350 (6) - The same can be said here, but this time it works and I have seen maps ranked like this, so it really is up to you. You'll probably keep this one.
00:55:150 (1,2) - You have mapped this sound here, but not mapped the exact same sound 1 bar earlier at 00:51:950 (1) . You also don't map this sound again some time later, after mapping it in the bar before that.

New Combos

00:56:350 (1) - To follow the pattern you have already set, this should not be a NC, but 00:58:350 (4) should be instead.
00:59:550 (1) - Remove NC.
01:01:550 (5) - Place NC.
01:02:750 (1) - Remove NC.

Placement, Spacing and Aesthetic

00:37:550 (1) - This repeating slider doesn't look too good at the angle its placed, but this is subjective.
00:40:350 (1,2,3,4) - Do you want your aesthetic to be perpendicular like this here? You don't have this style anywhere else in the map and it doesn't really fit in. You could do something similar to this instead : https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8770712 .

Overall it is a nice map, the flow works well and the rhythm choices work well, they just need to be more consistent.

Hard:

Rhythms and Timing

All of the long 3/2 sliders in the beggining, their ends do not land on any sound in the song. You are creating/mapping a rhythm that doesn't exist in this song. This can work, but you should ask yourself if it works here as it is subjective.
00:21:150 (4) - This slider... The hitcircle is not mapped to a sound, as you are not mapping the vocal line, the tick is not mapped to a sound, and the end isn't mapped to a sound. This is less subjective as I believe this isn't rankable as it simply isn't mapped to the song.
00:40:950 - There is a very important sound here that is mid way through a slider. These sliders don't really follow the song here, and you have mapped this same sound differently later on.

Placement, Spacing and Aesthetic

00:30:350 (4,5) - This overlap does not look very pleasing, the other overlaps do work though. With this one what I would do is rotate each slider by around ~5degrees so they'd look like this : https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8770866 . This is common in modern mapping.
00:36:150 (2,3) - CTRL+G. This will turn the pattern into an actual star rather than being hard to read as it currently is.
01:00:750 (4,1,2,3) - These 4 notes are all equally spaced in the timeline, yet 3 of them are stacked, this makes it very hard to read. It looks like a triple yet it is not 1/4, it is 1/2. Rhythms and Timing
All of the long 3/2 sliders in the beggining, their ends do not land on any sound in the song. You are creating/mapping a rhythm that doesn't exist in this song. This can work, but you should ask yourself if it works here as it is subjective.
00:21:150 (4) - This slider... The hitcircle is not mapped to a sound, as you are not mapping the vocal line, the tick is not mapped to a sound, and the end isn't mapped to a sound. This is less subjective as I believe this isn't rankable as it simply isn't mapped to the song.
actually the slider is mapped to a piano sound and the circle to a little kick so it works well :p

00:40:950 - There is a very important sound here that is mid way through a slider. These sliders don't really follow the song here, and you have mapped this same sound differently later on.

Placement, Spacing and Aesthetic
00:30:350 (4,5) - This overlap does not look very pleasing, the other overlaps do work though. With this one what I would do is rotate each slider by around ~5degrees so they'd look like this : https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8770866 . This is common in modern mapping.

Only 1 thing I don't like, and I'm sure people have said this but 00:47:550 (3,4,1) - I would definitely not use this spacing here. It's really confusing for Easy.

01:11:150 (1) - The slider end is a red point, I'd delete that.
Looks good as well.

[Hard]

00:41:950 (1,2) - This jump is way too big, emphasis is cool, but for a Hard, it's way too big.
00:53:150 (1,2) - This spacing here as well, its really awkward. I know this bpm is kinda low but its still kinda ~weird~.
01:05:950 (1,2) - Incorrect snapings. The first slider should be snapped to 1/6, the second slider should be snapped to 1/3. 16th note triplets then 8th note triplets.

00:19:150 (3,4) - Mapping these in this way devalues 00:22:350 (3,4) - 00:25:550 (3,4) - cuz rhythms from the latter two is more prominent, I would either remove 00:19:550 (4) or just make 00:17:950 (2) a repeat slider but up to you I guess
00:36:750 (3,4) - Don't do overlap that leads to a slidertail in Easy lol, actually 2 circles instead of 00:36:750 (3) would compliment the intensity better since it's hyping up.
00:26:350 (1) - 00:32:750 (1) - Also would be nice if you can keep the consistency of your comboing considering the rhythms on both parts are the same. (aka the first part you did every measure and you didn't on the latter)
00:46:750 (2) - 00:58:350 (1) - Offscreeeeeen
00:48:750 (1) - Actually I wouldn't recommend doing slidershapes that are overlapping themselves in Easy but whatever

00:49:550 (5) - As mentioned earlier about the patterning, you need to have an indicator or something that intuitively tells the player that "hey, this object is different than the others" which there are many ways to do it like NC, slider shape, or degrouping it from the pattern, etc.

Sorry to say this but I kinda lost the will to mod last diff cuz I saw what this guy said while I was modding halfway lol so that's gonna be it

Ok so i think it needs a little explanation here...
As you can see i'm not a well-known mapper so at the beginning of the mapset i tried to ask random people to make a GD for me if they were willing to and one day i asked Koala. When he gave me the finished GD i didn't really liked the way he mapped but i needed diff into my mapset and he was the only one to accept a hard GD. Then i started to think about the fact that i wanted a mapset that i'm proud of since it was my first serious one so i decided to map the hard diff myself.
So yeah i might admit that at some point i wasn't sure about the rythme so i checked into the koala's diff but it is a simple rythme that repeat itselfs the entire songs so it is not complicated to have quite the same between two same diff. Also when he says "even the same patterns at times" it is totally untrue as i used distance snap for the entire diff except at some jump part so the pattern are designed to fill with the distance snap, i didn't copied some of his pattern i can swear.

whats with the koala dude can he like confirm that's he's okay with whatever you took "inspiration" from cuz atm it's kinda in the air rn

- 00:26:350 - From here you start NCing every downbeat but that makes new combos appear really often, would recommend NCing every 2 downbeats.
- 00:48:750 - The way you made this slider makes the slider tick invisible lol, you shouldn't use these types of shapes in Easy diffs anyways, so maybe do something else for this slider.
- 00:54:750 (1,2) - Swap NC?
- 00:56:350 (2,3) - DS?
- 01:12:350 (2) - Making this a 1/1 slider would represent the wub better than the reverse that lands on essentially nothing of importance.

*it may look better if you keep the same ds in the whole diff
for example, 00:14:750 (2,3) - around 1.0x, but 00:13:550 (1,2) - is around 1.2x, and 00:19:150 (3,1) - 0.9x, redesign them into the similar ds like 1.0x, please check the whole diff.
*00:41:950 (1,2) - swap nc?

hitsounds
from 00:13:550 - to 00:26:350 - would suggest switching to soft sampleset as default normal hitnormal is way too loud for an intro, it would be best if you only left it for the kiai but changing intro only would be enough
the way you use the same clap on both bass drums kicks (00:15:550 - etc) and drum snares (00:15:950 - etc) isn't very good, I'd suggest you use a seperate hitsound for them - applies to whole map btw

hitsounds
when I mean the whole map, I meant it, you fixed it in the intro but the kiai and the ending is still mapped with same hitsound for snares and kicks

for the beginning i understood about the kick and snare but why would you want different kicks and snares between the kiai and the ending while they're the same in the music ?

oh i think i've missunderstood, you want me to get different snare and bass to differentiate it from the bass drums and snares that i used in the kiai ?
or you want me to get different bass and snares only for the ending now ?
because when i read your post i understand that you think that my kick and snare are the same while they aren't in the kiai and the ending

*00:27:550 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3) - adding some jumps wouldn't hurt as this part is really intense plays a bit odd as antijump :/
*00:32:750 (2) - this one plays really uncomfortable imo try to find something suitable and confortable as it plays really odd i know that you wanted to emphasize the vocals' build-up but a curved one would work too
*00:34:150 (1,2) - maybe space them more as the new stanza from 00:34:350 (2) - is pretty intense plus swap the NCs as the new stanza is not on 00:34:150 (1) - tbh
*00:46:150 (1,2) - // 00:52:550 (1,2) - // 00:58:950 (1,2) - etc. these could've been spaced a bit more as it is supposed to be a wub part no? it wouldn't hurt to space them a bit more not really excesively

I kinda disagree as it is the predrop like a a calmer part but it get intense there 00:35:950 (1) - where i put jumps.

I never felt inconfortable while playing this part (some of my playtesters told me the same), it is a bit up as i wanted to emphasize her voice going a little higher as the drop was closer

It could have escape the attention but i tried (as we should not forget this is my first serious mapset) to put some concepts, in this part i mapped the female voices and here 00:34:150 (1,2) - she said "not safe anymore" so i wanted the circle before a little closer than usual like he's protecting but anyway even if it is not a good one or a dumb one it could be move a little bit but it's very unecessary, plus about the NC i started one at a red tick here just before 00:32:550 (1) - and i think it's better to let the NC here 00:34:150 (1) - to emphasize the "not safe anymore"
*00:46:150 (1,2) - // 00:52:550 (1,2) - // 00:58:950 (1,2) - etc. these could've been spaced a bit more as it is supposed to be a wub part no? it wouldn't hurt to space them a bit more not really excesively
In this case they are not spaced for a reason, firstly because it is a clap that follow very closely the wub sound and secondly because i made this pattern have a jump in those part like there 00:42:950 (4) - but as you can see and listen they aren't the same sound so imo the should be differentiated
*00:53:150 (1) - this could end either on 1/2 or 1/4 (00:53:450 - not 00:53:250 - ) having this like a kickslider may look a bit odd as the song is ongoing until In this one i really wanted a break and not to follow exactly the music as it would have been boring to play because there is the same "break" from here 00:52:750 (2,1) - to here 00:53:150 (1,1) - and even if for me it sounds way better i think it's nicer to have a 1/4 because longer slider are used for those long wub sounds especially in the kiai and this part is like "intense" contrary to the long wubs sounds like there 00:56:350 (1,2,3,4,5) -

those jumps are the only ones that break the circular flow for those patterns and are the last one too, i wanted not to make like everyone else "big jump for the end" but more like to slow down the rythme is it is the end of the kiai and as i said they are the only one to break the one way circular flow so they had to be a little closer too imo

i received mod about this one and it was told that it was a 1/3 sound, it sounds like one and it sounds better than 1/4 for sure but yeah i can't say that i'm 100% sure

Mhmhm... is this really important as the player finish the play here 01:17:550 (1) - and the song automaticaly restart with a fade affect ? For my it could have been better faded i agree but it's not noticable unless you go to the editor listening until the end

yeah it's necessary to fade the mp3's ending some ppl may find it weird that the music is still ongoing and then it ends suddenly like it got cut all by sudden

As long as any BN tell me that it is an unrankable issue it's not that important in my opinion
