Even just not using col 2 would probably be good enough. Having a long slider conditions the player to keep holding it so to drop it with no warning (apart from a 1/6 gap that you're meant to see) is rough I don't really see a better alternative here that fits with the pitch of the music appropriately.

This is borderline dumping i guess and the four 1/2 below is enough to serve as a transition for something like the sounds covered here i don't really understand what you mean with that timestamp, if you mean the 2/3 spaced section, that's the only way i've found to adequately do a staircase to show the descending in pitch while also not looking like complete shit, i really wish there was a better alternative.

Not really sure what alternative you are suggesting here, but I think it's fine for the most part. It doesn't seem that off-putting imo.

01:22:232 (82232|2,82998|0,83380|3) - Quite sure 4-3-1 will follow the synth pitch more accurately.
01:28:358 (88358|1,89507|3,89698|2) - The LN tail and the note should be 1/3 (since you actually already use 1/3 in this diff, you can't use simplification anymore for the sake of 1/2) also not really sure what you mean here, these notes are snapped to 1/8th which is as accurate as I think it's gonna get honestly.

So, there's something i wanna talk about the shield LN here.
00:36:284 (36284|1,37050|1,37816|0,39347|0) - This kind of LN (not just this, but entire part in NM diff) is too tricky for the gap, compared it with EZ diff, it only has 1/1 LN without holding multiple object at same time, while NM immediately jump off to actually holding multiple LN while having 1/4 shield which is too dense. It is even more apparent when you look at 00:50:068 (50068|1,51217|1,51600|1) - which i believe shouldn't be happening here. my recommendation will be to erase all the 1/4 and make something like http://puu.sh/x5ySb/e8c6733a84.png for 00:36:284 - and http://puu.sh/x5yUo/e415230ad1.png for 00:39:347 - . It applies on all shield pattern in NM difficulty, so you also need to change them too.

00:54:663 - instead of straight stair jack, think you can condense the lower pitch into specific column to signify the synth build-up much better. something like http://puu.sh/x5zKT/49027f05ed.png works.
00:56:961 - The music atmosphere getting more intense at this point, so the 1/4 notes doesn't really express that anymore because it's still the same as pattern before. having small LN here can actually support the ramp up like http://puu.sh/x5zQV/eb4d810f08.jpg
