When I made my Gakuen Seikatsu Bu - Friend Shitai 9K map, I received feedback from mania players new to 9K to lower the difficulty settings for 9K Easy. There are plenty of mania players who crave to play 9K but can't really find quality 9K maps to begin practicing on. I would argue that 9K is pretty confusing even to veteran 7K and 8K players, thus the entry level maps for 9K should be made more tolerant to mistakes for new 9K players. The difficulty of higher maps from Normal - Insane doesn't necessarily need to be reduced though because they're for 9K intermediate players anyway. Therefore, I would like to have the difficulty settings set progressively harder as follows:
- 4K Beginner OD/HP - 7.0/6.0 (7.0/6.5)
5K Beginner OD/HP - 7.0/6.0 (7.0/6.5)

- Relaxing bass piano, love it. Very enjoyable diff to play.
- Inconsistency in long note usage -- you tend them to use them for sustaining piano sounds and the measure before a new music section starts, but you forgot some of them. Furthermore, I moved a couple of notes around. Try them to see if you like it my way.

- This diff is very confusing to play due to the LN appearing as the end of stairs while in fact there aren't any stairs.
- I propose to remove some of the LN and instead mapping to other piano sounds that might improve the flow of this map. Becareful with keysounds; I have labeled which keysounds you need to take care of.
- 00:16:928 (16928|2) - it's very confusing to compress all the piano notes here into a single LN starting at 00:16:928
I would suggest removing the LN (50% A5H_s.wav → storyboard) and replacing it by a short note (66% A3s ← storyboard at 00:17:142). The previous LN you had is awkward for me to play. The piano corresponding to the original LN is not mapped in Normal. Therefore I would like you modify it this way and for all other places in the map. - 00:30:642 (30642|2) - Removing LN (50% A5H_s.wav → storyboard) and add short note (66% A3s ← storyboard at 00:30:857)
- 00:40:500 - Why not adding the piano here? Add short note (50% B6H_s.wav ← storyboard)
Doesn't hurt to do that since normal will be harder anyway.

- I think the jumps in this diff is almost perfectly placed. The grace notes in this map is kind of annoying because there should be 2 grace notes that form stairs (like in 4K Hard) instead of only 1 note as what you have right now.
- I propose removing all of the grace notes. This is 4K Normal anyway, not 4K Hard yet. I also tried to make more stairs and rearranging a couple of jumps and notes in jumpstreams, do try them out.
- 00:06:803 (6803|2) - this grace note is awkward to play on normal. Remove it.
This is because you need another grace note before it to complete the actual piano (which is covered in 4K hard). My opinion is to remove that note.

- You can take that reverse cymbal echo effect from the storyboard to the play field-- doesn't hurt, right?
