It's not easy to fix in this kind of map, but I think it'd help if you combined these two notes into a slider with a single repeat, to be more lenient on the player and give them a bit longer and an extra perfectly timed slider hitsound to realize "oh we're 1/3 now".

- 04:19:655 (1,1) - when the "lyrics" give you an opportunity to use stream jumps or sharp changes or anything really you decide to stack them all Stacking them that way plays very well for a build up in my opinion.

I think It plays well with the music and I wouldn't call it lazy

04:44:361 - i don't think this section full of NC spam is needed. while it may seem tempting to do so and it does fit the ncing concept of previous parts of the map, there's about 60 NCs here in the space of 20 seconds, which is about twice as dense as one of your kiais and three times as dense as one of RLC's kiais. i think it's pretty unnecessary in the end and you could do fine by cutting them in half because the sv changes feel intuitive by this point alreadydone :d
