Personally, I like Benkei's the best.
It has everything. It's the real meat of the A-1 fan-disc imo. (But everyone knows that)
Sayaka if you like the little sister types.
Good character introduction/expansion that progresses nicely into a relationship. Short & sweet.
I skipped Azumi because I have no interest at the moment, but will get to it on a future date.

Older girls are better
I never liked any of the younger girls in Majikoi. Except for Monshiro. I don't even feel like going through Sayaka's route. I like Benkei more but Azumi's route is better imo.
