I think your OD and HP values for NM are a bit too high. Maybe reduce them to 7.2 each?
Same thing for HD. I'd nerf them to 7.6 ~ 7.7 for OD and HP.
Lastly, maybe tune down OD and HP of Maximum Live to 8.2 or so.
Your file size is pretty big. I understand the song is pretty long, but your BG is a .png and 2mb, so I compressed it for you to a .jpeg so it's only 392kb. Chill? K, great.

I'm going to assume here that the SV's are the same for both 4k and 7k. If not, I'm just testing 4k because I'm a noob player who can't do 7k.

Wonderfully well made SV's. Not too sudden, but still a little bit unpredictable which adds a nice element to game play imo. They aren't so slow to where the notes are all stacked on top of each other, but still do add that slowed effect in the calmer parts of the song which I think is nice. So, great job, loved the SV's.
