Check the spacing that you are using for the 1/4 timings, like compare 02:19:060 (2,3) - to 02:27:974 (1,2) - it is quite different. Try to keep them similar within each section of the song for readability
You can try using a NC at every or every other large white line on the timeline at the top of the editor. It will be more organized and sound correct (and no I'm not just saying this because everyone does, right now the NC's are very inconsistent)

- 00:27:974 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - This is cool but I can't hear a reason why it is like this. The rest of this section which sounds pretty much the same is using a much more "random" style pattern so this one feels out of place.
- 00:46:317 (5) - put the slider end at x256 y144 to make a straight line to 6
- 00:52:488 (3,4) - increase the spacing here to be the same as 00:52:146 (1,2) -

- 01:11:517 (4) - try extending this to be a 3/4 slider
- 01:19:403 (1,2,3) - move the NC to 01:20:088 -
- 01:44:260 (4,5,6) - hmmm maybe instead of this, try deleting 5 then stack 4 under 3? I think you might like it

- 04:54:031 (1,2) - maybe you should use a slider for this since this is the first 3/4 timing during this section, I think many people will mistake as 1/2 or 1/1
