Salads dont help you with losing weight, not when you like these tasty sauces.

Havent really looked into (almost) only salad diets but i imagine such a thing would leave you pretty malnourished.

Salads are really nice when they have plenty of fruit, cherry tomato, onion, nuts etc. my mum makes them for me

If your metabolism rate is high then it ain't myth.

Wouldn't the virus reproduce and kill the cell?

If you're too fat and lazy to eat healthy, eat whatever you want but just count calories. That's how i get away with eating nothing but junk food and remain a bmi of 15 :^)
Do you have a very urgent death-wish?

Not exactly. My health doesn't allow me to eat normal portions of food, or else I'll feel intense stomach pains. I have to get by on nibbling on snacks throughout the day, and drinking copious amounts of water. Yesterday I had 5 bites of cheesecake and 2.5 liters of water, and was so full I felt sick. Tiny stomach, GG.

You'll "loose" no weight with a confidence that low. Gain some confidence or you'll only disappoint yourself.

Start a campaign for fat acceptance to cope with the fact that you don't fit stereotypical beauty standards, then proceed to shame anyone who doesn't agree with you.

Time to see a doctor if you haven't already. BMI < 16 is already a life-threatening condition.

Same with you chaee, you might just consider surgery if your stomach is the problem. Don't die from something as stupid as multiple organ failure at the age of less than 25.

I can only emphasize, this is something to be dealt with immediately. You could be dead next week for all we know. Critical underweight is one of the most dangerous conditions to be in.

I see my doctors once a year at least, i did blood test, ect.. and nothing was wrong, i was always like that.

If my BMI was life-threatening i would already be dead by now, i'm 22 and i'm like that for at least 7 years (i don't remember before that but should be the same)

I guess it's just because i don't exercise at all, and that's what everyone tells me.

I eat 2 healthy and various dinners per day (meat, vegetables, ect..) and snacks between them so it's not like i was trying to get skinny or something. I'm just like that and i always been. I wish i could get some extra weight tho.

And i never had problems because of my low BMI (like fainting, or that kind of thing)

are you sure its 15.5
that doesn't seem right..

calculate kg/m²
(weight in kg/height in m squared)

If you can live on just fine for 7 years with a BMI of 15.5 while your doctors are ok with that, maybe my knowledge about the topic is lacking.
E m i
Shorter people are going to have a lower BMI, and taller people are going to have a higher BMI. Look at Robert Wadlow. 30.2 BMI, so obese.
also all the severely underweight infants wtf

I took my height and weight 2 hours ago, i'm 47kg for 174cm.

I've seen a lot of doctors, every doctors told me to do a fucktons of tests but every time nothing was wrong, i trust them.
Railey2
but the squared is at the bottom of the fraction D:
shouldn't it be the other way around? High numbers at the bottom make the fraction small and stuffs

alright then, all the power to you. It seems as if there are exceptions and you are one of them. Definitely keep doing those checks though.

Your caloric loss needs to be greater than your caloric intake.

So

Burn more Calories than you take in.

I want to add that the Yo-yo effect is still a thing, so some people find it hard to keep a healthy balance after they used this method.

Will removing every drop of blood works?
Since there are like every 70 cm3 of blood every 1 kg of body weight.
