Kinda rushed the Hard mod a bit as I need some sleep, sorry about that.


General

Video: Video is not present on the Hard difficulty, so make sure to put that on.
Volume: Raise the volume for all difficulties to 55% so the hitsounds are more audible.

01:26:140 (86140|1) - Clap here. This is so it can give more impact with the e-guitar.

Patterns
00:02:788 to 00:13:415 - The patterns here lose consistency as they go on. On one of the measures, you have a complete 1/2 stream, but on another, some are cut off from that, and that reduces the pattern consistence and it'll be harder for players and modders to tell which sounds you're following. Highly recommend you stick to at least 1 or 2 instruments to follow so it's easier for everyone to tell what you're mapping, and for consistency's sake.
Also, some of the 3-note chords don't really suit the sounds that they're following. They can be a bit too strong if they don't have a strong sound to follow, like a crash sound, so they should be reduced to 2-note chords so the density is just right for them.

00:13:913 (13913|2) - Remove? I don't really see why this is a 2-note chord.

00:14:079 (14079|1,14411|2) - Ctrl + H for a more 'spreaded out' pattern if you ever apply the suggestion above.

00:30:600 (30600|2,30683|0) - Rearrange to 2,3 for easier execution.

00:34:502 to 00:35:332 - 3-note chords for the vocal alone is a bit too strong, so stick with 2-note chords instead if you wanna emphasize that enough.

00:35:996 to 00:38:321 - Same suggestion as the first one

00:38:487 (38487|0) - Move up to 00:38:570 - , that's when the vocal starts, or where the instrument's pitch changes.
00:38:985 - Add a note here for vocal/instrument
00:39:151 (39151|3) - Move up to 00:39:234 - , same reason as above
00:39:815 (39815|2) - Move up to 00:39:898 -
00:40:313 - Add a note here
00:40:479 (40479|1) - Move up to 00:40:562 -

I'd like to cut this mod short so it doesn't look a bit long, so from here on out until the ending, same suggestion like the first suggestion. Try to keep things consistent based on the instruments you're following so the map itself can be improved.

Move 00:34:336 (34336|0) - to 2 if you do remove the note above.

00:35:498 - Add an LN here ending at 00:35:996 - so it follows one sound then ends right there for increased impact.

00:38:072 (38072|2) - Remove? Sound is barely audible for this one.

00:38:653 to 00:41:143 - How about adding more notes here based on the sounds so this part doesn't feel as empty with only 3-note chords?

01:16:095 (76095|3,76427|0) - Drums are really unclear here since they sound like they completely got drowned out by the other sounds. Remove?
Move 01:16:510 (76510|1) - to 1 for better execution if you applied this.

01:22:404 (82404|2,82487|2) - This minijack kinda ruins the flow here. I get that you have a 3-note chord right after for the impact, but it'd be better if the map were to flow well without that minijack there.
Try to rearrange the pattern around there so the whole pattern can have as much flow as possible. As a suggesiton, you can end the LN at 01:21:989 (81989|1) - on 01:22:155 - so the transition to the e-guitar is a lot more apparent and you can also leave the 3-note chord there without that minijack.

This one's gonna be like the last mod ( p/4454955 ), except I'm gonna delve a bit deeper in it.

My main concern here is the lack of consistency with 00:02:788 to 00:13:415 - and 01:06:547 to 01:17:174 - . Both parts are essentially the same parts in the song, but the patterns themselves aren't really consistent. Keep in mind that the patterns don't have to be the same for both parts, but their density and consistency should be similar to each other and throughout the whole map.
Also 01:17:174 to the ending could be a bit denser to match the song's mood.

...poke me in IRC? This mod's gonna be a big block of text if I ever type it out, and suggesting stuff in real-time should make it easier for the both of us.

Something like this on 01:17:174 - and this on 01:19:830 - should suffice (the second one has 1/4 notes on it, but that's to accent the drum roll).
If the pattern suggestions conflict with the current patterns, try to rearrange them to blend in with the suggestions, if you're gonna apply those.

01:22:487 - Missed a note here.
