the spacing on this difficulty is totally out of sync with the song, it's ridiculously jumpy just so it can claim to be difficult. The erratic, unpredictable spacing of the notes, and how there's zero organization or pattern to most of them, leads this to be extremely unfun. okay
Try not to make something hard just to be hard. That's a slippery slope you're standing on the edge of, and there is beauty in a map that stays true to the difficulty you'd expect from the song.

Sure, you won't get a reputation for having "challenging maps", but you shouldn't want a reputation for making "maps harder than they should be" either. okay

- Not super important, but if you go through your .osb file and change all the scalings to be 0.625, then that can help with consistency through the SB.

- 00:07:245 - The transition from the brightness to normal isn't really smooth. Since the music also picks up at this point, I would also recommend using a flash here by having a white image fill the screen and fade out to about 00:07:653. This is the white.png that I use (right-click save).
- 00:46:429 - Your bg_in_red.png starts out smaller than the background. Go through your .osb file and change the last number of the scaling so that it matches the one you use for your background (should be 0.625) for a smoother pulse.
- 00:59:490 - Same thing here.
- 01:45:204 - And again.
- 01:58:266 - Yep.
- 02:17:858 - Perhaps a flash here similar to what I suggested before for a smoother transition.
- 03:16:633 - As before.
- 03:21:531 - As well as it being too small initially, I feel like the expansion rate is a bit too high, which gives it a bit more 'intense' feeling compared to how you did this pulse before, where the music wouldn't really suggest this at all. I would change it so there's more time before it fades out, preferably the same time as your previous pulses. That applies to the next three pulses too I suppose.
- 03:22:755 - I think it would be better if your bright.png starts at 03:23:164 instead, and have it continue fading in until 03:26:021 to match the cresendo in the music.
- 03:26:021 - I can't say I like how this switches back from bright into contrast and back into bright again really quickly; it feels pretty unnatural and doesn't really flow very well. I would rethink how you would do this part (perhaps make it fade into black and then pulse?). You can change my above suggestion too if that conflicts with this one.
- 03:39:490 - Pulse... you probably know what I'm going to say

personally i dont think this spread is acceptable, i dont want to made myself sound rude but with that pretty high sv and speed up at kiai soo it can't be helped.
00:03:980 (1) - finish sounds too noisy, lower the volume or just change it to whistle
01:22:347 (1) - ^
00:12:143 (1) - this make nonsense with 00:12:960 (4,5) - as this one were just overmapped thing when the next slider kicks were representing the real drum stream, just change this into 1/2 patterns
00:47:449 (5) - it doesn't really justified to skip the drum to follow the vocal at this part, it makes the gameplay became weird imo
01:19:490 (3,4) - what's up with this part with suddenly many un-appropriate 3/4 sliders strike on ? i'd just go with 1/1 slider or 1/2 slider when the music didn't ask for it
02:58:470 (1) - the slider didn't follow anything at the music, should be changed with note and 1/2 sliders or something similiar with your own concern

I think the problem may be that you are to struggling to make up the difficulty as a 4.3 star. However, you don't really to make it this hard, since you haven't map much and the struggle leads to loss of control. This amplifies the breaking of flow in the patterns, and lets the player lose interest after the first chorus because of consistent jumping.
00:20:306 - 00:44:796 - using consistent huge spacing in verse part just isn't a good idea. For example, 00:28:470 (1,2,3) - what does this imply? It's just an enormous jump from nowhere, and the player will feel confused, what does the jump come from? I suggest using a smaller spacing and remap the part. Or the whole map just becomes competition for who pokes random bubbles better.
Also, 00:43:164 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - The 1/4 in background can be used.
The same applies to 01:19:082 - 01:45:204 - .
00:48:062 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - This series is just random jumping with no flow. Adding NC on 00:48:878 (1) - may help you decide how to place jump in a better way (you can remove NC later when you find a satisfied pattern).
00:51:939 (3,4,5,6,7) - make a parallelogram for better looking.
I think during kiai time, whistle can be placed better by following vocal.
Other diffs are pretty solid and I can't find a problem. Anyway, good luck!
