Combobursts should be a maximum of 500px width, so resize the first one. I wouldn't suggest using comboburst-1.png at all, and that includes for the storyboard. It's visibly cut off on the edges, and if you resize it, it will be visibly cut off at the top as well. So, instead of using that, you could either use the official ZUN lolart (provided below), or find something else that doesn't have cut edges. If you want me to resize the stuff for you, let me know. Haha I was scouring the web for good fullbody sprites, but I only got as far as the official ZUN art. Still a little hesitant about the toothpaste hair haha. Will do.
00:01:485 - I think you should have the BG appear in sync with this note, rather than slowly fading in before the song. Will do

Forgotten Ritual.png - this file is not used in the storyboard. Oops
More specifically, the "Hard" spellcard names are not correct. The Hard SB is currently using Grey Thaumaturgy, Star Ritual to Call the Godly Winds, and Gods Wind, when it should be using Forgotten Ritual, Takeminakata Invocation, and Yasaka's Divine Wind. Hmm I must have messed up here. Will fix.
Should probably also increase the overall difficulty of Hard and Lunatic by at least one tick. Will do

I really enjoyed your map Reach for the Moon, Immortal Smoke and used it as an inspiration to try to make a storyboard/map as impressive as yours (unfortunately it isn't. ahaha).
