So here's my side of the M4M from the team queue as promised - apologies for the delay, work has been very busy recently >.<
General Comments:- Could add "Shatter Me" (album name), "Thousand Cherry Tree / A Thousand Cherry Blossoms" (English title depending on where you look) to tags
The bg image is 1365x768 - gotta get that extra column of pixels back ignore this as you've got a new and improved bg image now
Normal:00:31:326 (3,1) - Maybe add a curve to (3) to blanket the head of (1) here
00:24:313 (1) - DS probably wont allow you to stack the slider head here with the tail of 00:21:586 (2) which is unfortunate as this way you could get two perfect blankets out of 00:23:144 (2) - the second blanket's not too bad though, so maybe it's worth leaving it as it is
00:26:261 (2) - You can move this to [x-108,y-140] and rotate the tail 2 degrees ccw for a nice blanket here
00:34:833 - It think it feels a bit strange not to have a note here... I guess you're mapping the violin, so a circle wouldn't really fit, but you could maybe make 00:34:443 (3) a 1/1 slider ending on the white tick here for the held violin sound
00:47:690 (1,2) - This had a strange flow to me, so maybe try something like this (had to fiddle around with angles to get the DS right, but if you want it I've included the code too:

00:53:144 (2) and 00:55:092 (3) - Might be worth stacking these notes? They look like they could fit at about [x-174,y-168] without having to move too much else around
01:27:820 (2) - The one snare drum clap sound here all on its own sounds a bit weird, so I would make it a kick drum clap instead to fit the surrounding notes better
01:29:378 - I'd add a circle here for the violin/drums to keep the rhythm, and also because you've got a break coming up about 5 seconds later so you need the slight pause here
01:31:326 (3) - Try a kick drum clap on the end of the slider here instead of a snare
02:27:430 (1,2,3,4) - The diamond pattern here could be made symmetrical, and it's also angled slightly (though this may be intentional) - I'd say (4) needs to go a bit higher
02:32:105 (1) - Remove the kick drum clap from the slider here tail to be consistent with the other sliders in this section (or add it to the other slider tails, whichever you prefer)
02:59:378 (2) - Rotate the tail 4 degrees cw here for a nicer blanket. This will mean you have to move (3) to about [x-368,y-316] to maintain DS here
03:07:170 (2) - I think this would be better as a 1/1 slider to fit the drawn out violin note
Hard:00:31:716 (4) - Violin sound is quite drawn out here, maybe replace this circle with a 1/2 slider
00:40:677 (4) - This is a smooth sound which doesn't really suggest an angled slider here. I would remove the anchor point and keep this as a sommth curve (inb4 "boring sliders" tho xD)
01:00:937 (3,1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - I think using the whistle every on every note here is a bit excessive. I would only put it on white tick notes like you have done for the clap sounds
01:06:781 (2,4) - I would remove the clap from the heads of these two, 2 snare drum beats followed by the 4 kick drum beats sounds better imo
01:14:573 to 01:20:027 - Add a kick drum clap sound to each of these circles/slider heads on every other white tick (so 2/1 and 4/1) to maintain the kick rhythm as you've done for 01:16:131 (3,6,8)
01:15:255 - Is it worth adding an extra repeat to 01:14:962 (5) - for the violin sound here? It's quite weak compared to the other notes in this slider but you may want to consider it
01:21:975 to 01:34:443 - There are couple of neat snare drum sounds here but otherwise the hitsounding feels less lively here than in the previous and following sections - there are lots of good kick/snare drum notes that follow a swing pattern like this (or some variation thereof, this example is for the first combo at 01:21:975 (1,2,3,4,5) - )
02:43:014 (1,2,3) - I think it would look really cool to create an overlapping double blanket here with sliders (1,3), something like this:

Insane:00:30:937 - To me the jump in hitsound volume from 35% to 70% is too much - there's not a significant change in the music to suggest an emphasis like this is required. 50% volume sounds more appropriate to me
00:37:949 - ^ Same thing here, made even cleared because of the rapid 1/8 slider stream with whistle. I would prefer to use about 50% volume here until 00:41:456 and add a timing point here to make the hitsound volume 30% until 00:41:846 - this ensures you have a buildup in volume every beat in this measure until 00:43:014 which sounds good to me to follow the buildup of the drums in the music
01:14:183 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Add some 2/1 kick drum claps here like you've done in the next combo
01:18:469 (7) - Add a kick drum clap on the slider head here to maintain consistency with the rest of this section
01:19:248 (3,6) - ^ On slider head and circle here
01:21:975 to 01:34:443 - There are a few extra kick drum sounds in this diff, but the suggestions from Hard largely still apply
02:27:430 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Note placement looks a bit arbitrary here (apologies if this is an intentional pattern I'm not getting). I would suggest something like this:
SPOILERYou might need to move the next combo at 02:28:988 (1) around a little since this currently creates an unreasonably large jump
