Also, do not be afraid to reject some parts of my mod but please reason them out with sense.
Also, if I suggest to remove or ctrl function moves on certain note/s, be sure to move the hitsound on the other note beside the suggested note.

00:23:371 - add note to 1, strong impact sound here. It shouldn't be too hard since we have this 00:25:300 (25300|3,25343|2,25386|1,25428|0) - which is quite similar in terms of key presses.
01:27:828 - add note to 3 just like other notes like 01:29:028 (89028|0,89028|2,89200|1,89200|3) -
01:44:286 - add note to 2 for a strong finish since you didnt note for the synthesizer there.
01:34:686 - as for this chorus which is surprisingly easier than the first notes, with this I came up with a suggestion of how to reduce star rating. In this chorus, you did not used any 1/4 notes. How about removing the some 1/4s and 1/6s on the other parts as well? those notes are the only reason why there are high spikes of note densities and also we seldomly see 1/6th notes on a NM level difficulty (also if you compare your usage of 1/6th on Lv.10, it is almost similar). You decide mah man :3/
If you do agree then you can put more notes on part:
01:22:343 to 01:27:828 - which you only note for the bass sound. Better if note all 1/2 of that melody sound we can hear there~
