Gonna pop the bubble for the following reason:

In Normal:
00:45:353 (2) - This is snapped wrong, try to snap it at 00:46:424 - first. It's really difficult to snap this slider to the vocal or piano here since both are snapped at different positions.
(Vocal should be at 00:45:978 - with 1/4 beatsnap, piano should be at 00:45:933 - with 1/8 beatsnap so yeah lol. Better go with the safest spot here.)

In Hard:
00:45:353 (3) - Same as above (this is snapped 1/2 earlier and it's also wrong). Best decision here would be to replace it with a circle instead since there's a beat at 00:46:424 (1) - already.


Okay, I actually figured out what bugs me so much about this set. You are probably going to need a lot more red lines because the metronome changes... quite a lot.
There's a lot of changes between time signatures, namely: 5/4, 6/4 and 7/4. Just check out the following video to see what i mean: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_u-VnSS8VCg
So yeah, probably gonna ask pishi about this again. A single 4/4 time signature is not enough. I think when metronome changes are set in correctly, it's also much easier to figure out how to set the NC properly in the maps.
