I wasn't around to witness the first two, but his profile showed he did them both in 1-2 tries (well, one recorded score) and within about ~20 minutes of his last score.
The third however, I was watching him the entire time. He played this map for a good hour and couldn't FC it. He kept getting confused by overlapping circles and was missing random slider repeats.
Eventually I guess he got tired of trying that and played Bad Apple!! once and failed Necrofantasia once. He then started up http://osu.ppy.sh/s/12181 with Hidden + FL and FC'd it on the first try. He played it a 2nd time and didn't FC it because he missed like 1, but I got a replay saved of that anyway:

That first map score was achieved very shortly after the map was ranked. There was no time to "practice a lot"
I suppose it could have been practice while it was unranked, but the map was changed quite a bit while in pending. I would know this because I PLAYED IT LIKE A MILLION TIMES FIXING THE TIMING

1. Still I do not know any person that is new and could be doing SSes with mods (HR is ok... but DT?) in few plays. Isn't it weird?
2. Watch some of her replays on both accounts, in EVERY is "No Video" mod turned on. Even on maps that do not have video. She is the only person in osu! using this mod frequently that I know.

The #1 score on Akai Tsuki might be very old, before the new scoring algorithm came into play. Perhaps that's the reason why there's some unrealistic score gap.

I can understand why Glasslake is in the 2nd place, because he spins very well (around 460, and it's still possible), but TheGear... his spins are impossible. (square spins... is it possible?)
EDIT: Checked and it's not square... But still suspicious for me, considering TheGear is still lv18. Maybe nothing wrong though, because I can't see the Spin Per Minute to measure it's 477 or not (because it is in Flashlight), but I think it's better to check his replay.

I think it would be difficult to code hook a hack that would efficiently hit every circle in an automated process, and if one person did such a thing I think it would be pretty obvious in replays and the such.
There are a few korean players that have enough skill to take rank 1s at a fast pace, the highest possibility would that they are multi-accounting.

To FC a song (insane, obviously) with Hidden + FL, you virtually have to memorize the whole map, which you clearly aren't going to do when you have just started the game three days ago, AND WITH A MAP THAT HAS JUST BEEN RANKED.
What we have here is multi-accounting at the least, and should be looked into.

2. The second place did FC with All mods, he did the same without FL.
3. Look at 6th and 7th place. The 6th did two 100s with HN+HR+DT, the 7th did SS with All mods and they have same score.

I dunno about the first one but the second and the third one could probably be explained by some mad spinning, whether legit or not.
