We need to disqualify your map for the following reason:

01:22:006 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - These should be 1/4, not 1/3

These are other issues that came up during the review process:

[Easy]
00:47:027 (4) - This could have been mapped more beginner-friendly. Try to not have random 1.5 beat changes where there isn't much calling for it in the music.
The spinner use is questionable just because there are several that are really long and have ambiguous starts.

Same sentiment about the spinner use in the Normal.

[Hard]
02:55:453 (3,1,2,3) - Not sure what's going on with this sudden increased spacing
04:10:006 (1) - Not sure if that hitsound was intended

[Insane]
02:06:942 (2) - Missing clap

[Extra]
02:50:346 (1,2,3,4) - Not sure what's going on with this spacing here
03:04:644 (1) - This part's flow is really poor and should be redesigned.

Overall, the hitsounds really need tending to. There were holes and inconsistencies all over. It's hard to do with such a long map, but please be careful with it.
Extra also should have more modding done on it - pay special attention to flow and spacing consistency.

Just, this can be played as 1/3 or 1/6, violins are mainly snapped on brown ticks if you hear them carefully. I agree that it can be 1/4 too, but there are notes which sound offbeat if you use a 1/4 or 1/8 stream here.

And, Extra has been already remapped several times, what is "quality" ? It's just his first map for ranking, my first map is even worse than this map, and it is ranked. I don't feel any "gameplay issues" on this map, it plays well and looks simple. That's the kind of map i want to see ranked everyday.
Btw, i thought hitsounds were fine ;w;

    If you add a whistle on a white tick just set sampleset to drum and additions to soft!!
