Okay so I got:

Offset: 394 or 3321
BPM: 164.0

Used Sony Vegas and Audacity for timing, so it should be perfect :P

Although... the offset may seem a little off, so using osu! I got 3309.

Also, regular mod coming up when more of the map is finished.

Hard:
In general, I'd prefer claps on the 2 and 4 of each measure (1st and 3rd small white tick.) It makes the map a bit more upbeat :D.
02:23:776 - From here on, don't do the 2 and 4 thing I mentioned earlier (mostly because some of it doesn't need claps, and the other part, you've already clapped pretty nicely :D)
You have to end kiai time.

I'm not sure if Crimmi finished hitsounding, and you told me not to mod easy, so this is it ~.

Change the light pink to a darker color or something else altogether. It blends in too much with the BG and gets even harder to see during kiai. Remember most of these are all suggestions.

01:36:227 (1,2) - the only small jump in the map, so I'd just get rid of it and space it better
01:48:666 (1) - too far from center
01:53:057 (4) - maybe rotate this counter-clockwise a tiny bit so it doesn't overlap the next stack

00:58:910 (5) - even though the end isn't stacked on (3) completely, it's still difficult to see the repeat under the hitburst (100/300) from (3). Rotate or move it please.
01:27:081 (5) - Repeat is also a bit hidden, but not as bad as the last time. I suppose this one is fine. :S

Looks great!
Tested the offset/bpm on this diff, and 164/3301 feel perfect.

[Hard]
*bpm/offset don't match the other diffs; fix and resnap. (The 5 1000ths of a whole number only gets the ending off by like... 1/2ms, but just round it down to 164 since that one feels better)
00:25:435 (1) - I'd start on the previous white tick and extend, but either way works.
*When you first showed me this map weeks ago, I thought that you were abusing the arch-shaped sliders a bit much. Now, though, I really like them.
Offset test again: Perfect.

Nice job~ Fix these things and I'll pubble!
