Good job here! But I have some suggestions:
00:59:529 (1) - I think this circle is too far from the previous circle and/or the next circle. Let me explain: at the end of the previous slider n°3, there is half a time until circle n°4. There is the same time between n°4 blue and n°1 white, but n°1 white is far from n°4 blue compared to how the end of the slider n°3 and circle n°4 are far from. And it's the same from n°1 to n°2 white compared to the rest of the music.. I hope it's clear XD I think you have 2 solutions: 1) You remove circle n°1 blue because it is not something you can hear from the music (this rhythm isn't sang) --- 2) You put n°1 blue near to n°2 blue so it shows clearly that it's a new "sentence" and you delete the space problem between n°1 and n°2.
Or you do nothing if you desagree :3
There is the same kind of problem here:

You can keep it like it is if you want to make it a part of your map difficulty for the player. Again, it's only my opinion, but like this I think it's not "natural" for the player.
03:21:291 (1) -1) I honestly don't see the point of adding a spinner here; if a music ends without a spinner it's not a problem so I think here it is useless because the music is already over (there is a sound but I don't think it's audible enought to put a spinner here).
2) I don't understand why you put some inherited points at the end, I think you can do without it

00:22:146 (1,2) - Personally speaking, it doesn't make sense to me that you would use an "easier" pattern when the music is starting to pick up with additional instruments coming in. Besides, you missed some mapped vocal rhythm at the white ticks within this 3/2 reverse slider. SO I SUGGEST

Having too many circles in a row would increase star rating, so instead of having two circles, i would suggest using a simple 1/1 slider, and then 1/2 reverse slider to capture the vocal and strong piano at the red tick, with a finish touch of the pattern with the circle :3 (longest single pattern mod i ever wrote on easy ftw)

One thing that bothers me is how from 02:02:474 - to 02:18:211 - , you suddenly stopped using 1/2 rhythms (you used 1/2 rhythm once in that whole time period contrary to other kiai times so far), maybe you want to rethink about the rhythm density of the kiai time? I know continuing the same 1/2 rhythm would be a disaster for star rating (but you already exceeded 1.5 :S), but I don't think it makes good sense to reduce the note density back to a verse level on a kiai >w<

Welp, well executed diff, can't really improve more at aesthetics/flow level :<

[General]

The set itself i sorta unbalanced. We could try to add a Normal+ or improve the balance by simplifying Hard and adding more 1/2s to Normal. As you can see, the Normal is too easy and it feels more like an advanced Easy.
What is the reason to have a pink combo colour? I would say that it looks weird on your background as it's 90% blue. @.@ Also, as far as I know, it is recommended to avoid using pure-white combo colour and similar ones.
Please, disable the widescreen support. It's a storyboard-only feature and there is no point in keeping it enabled.

[Xinely's Easy]

00:07:392 (4) - minor - the slider is a little too high. Try to move it down to avoid overlaps with HP Bars on 4:3 displays.
00:14:277 - the word down wich is placed on the downbeat is unstressed (unclickable) and it makes your rhythm feel weak. Replacing 00:13:785 (3) - with two circle to make 00:14:277 - clickable would be ideal.
Note: 00:25:588 (2) - sorta similar.
01:39:359 (1,3) - (3) appears too soon, beginners might get confused by it and hit (3) too early. Maybe we can improve it somehow? Example.
Note: 01:53:621 (5,1) - 02:55:097 (4,6) - same.
02:47:228 (3) - I am sure that this Normal-whistle is a mistake, replace it with a soft one?
03:13:785 (2,3) - quite an unusual pattern, you didn't use anything like this before. Try to replace this with a 3/2 slider + repeat, this will sound much more naturally, I believe.

Just a couple of minor things I did not agree with, quite a nice diff.

[eLtXXx's normal]

To begin with, you should consuider adding more 1/2 and making the diff harder in terms of rhythm. The set is not well-balanced as the diff feels too much like an Easy.

Try Circle Size 3,5 and higher diff settings? As you will add more 1/2s faster AR and harder OD/HP will make much more sense, so I suggest you to consider changing the settings now.
Try to pay more attention to music? Beats like 00:24:113 - or 00:14:277 - 00:37:884 - can and probably should be clickable and stressed. Non-kiai parts need more 1/2s in general.
Note: I am no going into details as I believe that you can figure out how to fix that on your own. However, if you have any problems/questions you're welcome to ask me in-game for help.

I am leaving only general suggestions as I hope that you re-consider your rhythm and make some serious changes to it. Feel free to ask me for a more detailed mod afterwards.

Well, I think that Normal could get a bit harder to fix the balance of the set, but otherwise, that's a pretty enjoyable map.

white combo colour should be changed, seems like there was some unranks cause of this lol.
drum-hitfinish2 has a little delay and a big empty part at the end, use this one instead http://puu.sh/eX1nD/2867c2b6ec.wav (this apply to all your soft finish as well, since is the same file)

Hard:

after playing this a lot I have the feel that AR 7 is better for this diff, 7.5 feel too fast IMO

01:59:769 (6,7) - spacing feel too short after the jumpy pattern, maybe continue with it?
