The only real complexities come in when you try to get high scores.This pretty much sums up all the complications. Some people actually get away without firing and just dodge for the hell of it and still finish the game smoothly, although that definitely won't give them high scores. Just the usual fire and dodge method should work, as does to any shmup. At least here I actually get to know and familiarize myself with the hitbox instead of just guessing like some of the classical shmups such as Strikers 1945 (which I still don't know how large the hitbox is btw).
In other news, I just now experienced what it means to RAEGQUIT at Touhou, as Stage 4 fucking owned me too much I actually Bombed my way out of the Prismrivers going EAT STARS, BITCHES at the screen, and eventually did that to midboss Youmu too in the next stage. And even more rage, my last life involved the bullet appearing right on my hitbox. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
