00:25:557 (1,2,3,4) - I'm not against this but you followed two different rhythm with these and this is not a wise decision on Cup. I suggest you to ignore the white tick at (1,2,3) and just add a repeat slider to the red ones.
01:11:281 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - This part is kinda boring. How about to try to follow the beats at the red tick a little bit too? With some sliders, sometimes ignoring the white ticks.
01:22:867 (2) - How about trying to add some interesting patterns to these long slider. Something like an easier Z would be good.
I have one main problem with this, and that is there is no difference between parts. To avoid this you should try to increase the distance a bit during kiais. And remember, Cup should not contain any jump.

00:23:902 (2,3) - I think a repeat slider and a single circle with a jump would be better here.
00:33:833 (3) - To be honest I don't really want to see 1/4s on Salad. Its your choice but I don't like it.
00:34:247 (4,1) - I wonder why is this isn't a jump. It should be. o.o
00:43:764 (3,4,5) - Its okay to follow that beat and I'm not against it, but the ones at white ticks are much stronger. This means most unexperienced player will end up following that instead of the nice one in the background. To avoid this I suggest you to use a repeat slider instead of circles.
00:58:660 (2,3,4,1) - Same here.
01:24:936 (2,3,4) - I would like to delete/or move (3) 1/2 earlier and add a circle to 01:25:557. These are much stronger than the one at 01:25:350.
01:28:867 (3,4,1,2) - This is also a little bit weird. How about add a repeat at (3). Start (1) at 01:29:488 with a repeat? I think it sounds much better.
01:31:764 (3) - Between 01:31:971 and 01:32:385 should be a triplet. Those are much stronger than the ones at the previous and next red tick. 01:32:798 can be a jump anyways.
To be honest there are some place where its possible to add jump but you ignored it. Thats not a problem since the kiai isn't full of jumpable rhythms but at least please try to adjust your distances to add some differnce to the kiais. Currently its possible to fc this diff w/o pressing dash and on Salad jumps are allowed.

I already modded this but I still have some suggestion after testplay.
00:18:108 (5,1) - Hdash because a different rhythm is staring here.
00:47:901 (9,1) - Add Hdash here too. If you listen a bit closely there is a cimbal in the background and its good to have a bigger dash at these parts.
01:40:660 (4,1) - No Hdash. Why? Its always good to have one at the beginning of the kiai.
Also I suggest Tick rate 2 because it is very good for your longer sliders. Sometimes you ignored white tick which is not bad but having a tick at those places gives a nice feedback.

HP7 after 5? Thats a little crazy. (I will add a suggestion to this after the mod.)
Ah, very good flow. I like it. :3 My only problem is with this that even tho the kiais contains more Hdash there is no real difference. Because of this its hard to recognize the kiai. Please try to make some difference in the patterns just during the kiai. I won't give you suggestions, I leave the mapping to you but it would be good if you can make some movement a bit bigger. With an example: 00:35:488 (2,3,4,5,6) - Here its possible to place (3) to the right side and then with (4,5) comming back to left. Between (5,6) can be a Hdash especially because I think 00:36:316 (6,1) should be a repeat slider. If you can do something like this during both kiai the map will be perfect for me. :3

Now about the HP7 on Rain. I think +1 needs to be added on every diff since 7 is good for this Rain. I'm not against this difference but with this it looks like the spread is missing a difficulty. Its entirely up to you to decide. Good luck with this mapset and star because of the Rain. :3
