You need a difficulty that's 2 stars or under. I just suggest making the Normal a bit easier since you don't need an easier difficulty.
The BPM in the song is consistent, so there's no need for the halving (or doubling, whichever way you look at it). Judging by the genre and drums in the music, 112.06 seems to be the correct BPM. Remember to change the SV accordingly.
Many sliders throughout the difficulties would greatly benefit from using the new circular slider thing. If you need help w/ that, you could just call me.

01:37:185 (1,1) - Perhaps if you made the jumps smaller, the difficulty rating would decrease. Need that goal of 2 stars or under.
02:38:223 (1) - Maybe the spacing would be confusing for newer players
02:49:735 (1) - The overlap looks a bit eh with (6).
In general, some of the circles in the 1/4 "streams" (with the current BPM) overlapped each other. It'd be cool if you would make them not do that!

Using difficulty names that solely refer to a mapper is not allowed anymore under the Ranking Criteria.
You can use Rolled's Insane instead.
02:35:279 (4) - Perhaps make this slider two circles, since there's two distinct strong sounds heard while 02:34:744 (3) - makes sense the way it is since there's only a strong sound at the start.
02:39:026 (2,5) - Perhaps have 1/2 sliders starting here? It would emphasize the sustained "you're" and "one" vocals. The rest of the circles seem fine though.
Kind of following the above: 02:43:043 (3) - This slider feels out of place with the vocals considering that the vocals start and are strong at the slider's end. It'd be cooler if you shifted the sliders in this section (not just that 3 that is linked) 1/2 ahead. Of course, you'd have to do some pattern reworking, but it'll feel better, I believe. Also, if you could make this section similar with the hitobjects to the section I mentioned before (02:39:026 (2,5) - ), that'd be cool maybe.
Umm, the ending (last 3 objects) feels a bit... lacking. Maybe just doing a symmetry jump would work nicely?:
