Make sure you have enabled "ignore all beatmap skins" in the options and if you want to play with the songs skin untick "ignore beatmap skin" during the short period bfore the song starts playing. Seems like the only way to play with custom slidertracks and borders while using beatmap skins atm.CommAshen wrote:

Also beatmaps never have ini.files. They define all color settings in the osu-files for the difficulties in the [Colours] section in the same way as on the skin.ini-file (combocolours and slidercolours).
I have this skin mash-up for some time until this major revamp on osu come and BAM. Things look wrong.

The image size itself is big enough to cover that title. Try to resize and resize until you get it right. (I'm telling that you can use the Trial And Error method. Although this takes time, the results will be better)

Then put down the font at the size you want in in background color of whichever object you are putting the text over.
Next outline the text in the neon color of your choice.
Could give you specifics for GIMP but I am guessing that exactly how you do this changes a bit from program to program.

Hello. I've been using rrtyui's skin from his profile page for a while and it's easily one of my favorite skins to run with. The only thing I've been having to deal with is the way the difficulty stars are displayed. Rather than the regular 10-star format, it displays it with a max of 20 and it's also a little small. Is there a way I can have this switched to the regular display so it's easier to read?
Edit: Also, it doesn't have to be a complete remake since it might not be a good fit for the menus (I can deal with the size), but I would at least like to switch it back to only show a max of 10 stars instead of 20.

Just save that picture as star.png and replace the star.png that is in his skin folder.

Did you try setting to version 2.2 - 2.3 instead of latest? Also make sure in options that the box to disable it isn't checked. Sorry I can't help more but those are my best guesses as to how to fix it.Xswordy wrote:
