This is my version of skin (with original elements), I hope you like it.

Edit: Sorry for those who can't read kanji: it's a Tokisaki Kurumi skin. Also, added a md5 code to check the downloaded file.

So..... Basically it's Tokisaki Kurumi skin, not Date A Live, :D. But nice skin overall.

Is it possible to make the clock hands as the only moving parts on the spinner? What would happen if you only have the clock hands as spinner-circle.png?

Edit : done it myself. I changed spinner-bottom.png to spinner-background.png, spinner-glow.png to spinner-metre.png and delete unnecessary parts. But somehow the spinner is a bit dark....

I kind of not recommend use spinner-background because it reverts to skin version 1.0.

I tested your solution (with some alterations), Osu! darken the spinner background making the spinner dark... (At least spin feels like spin).
