Plus, i think he hacks or cheats, because he plays on some of the replays only hitting both orange or both blue notes at the same time, and very short ones is he hitting the left one always and the right one sometimes, good view on...

Can you be more specific about your input method?
Edit: Discussed in irc using mouse and keyboard input at the same time does seem to be the problem with the taiko replays.

I've checked the X's and D's replay on Ganymede, and their spinning style was different. And I checked B's account, surprisingly he/she is the only one that comes from Macau.
