This diff is lacking consistency, as in, you have heavy streams in 00:38:852 - 00:47:224 but then you have really easier patterns 00:47:224 - 00:51:211 while the music doesn't change in intensity, and something similar happens in the second kiai. If you're going to focus on a particular rhythm in a part, you should keep following it for the time that rhythm is still playing, I know you did these parts different because in the second part you followed another instrument than in the first, but this really feels awkward to play, which is very weird while playing.
I think you should keep the scroll speed the same in the first kiai would be nice (remove the slow down in the middle).
00:13:337 - 00:24:500 - In this part, patterns like 00:13:337 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) really stand out, the music is pretty calm here so this doesn't fit too much, you could simplify this to make it fit better, or just follow the flute in this part.
00:26:094 - 00:30:480 - Here you could change a bit your patterns and let the kats emphasize the flute like you did in 00:30:879 (63,64,65,66,67,68,69,70,71,72,73). Example:
00:32:473 (73) - A big don here wouldn't be bad.
00:32:872 - 00:35:264 - And we have another drastical change in difficulty, some patterns like in the previous part would be nice.
00:37:656 (1,2,3,5) - You could remove this notes to create a break and allow this strong beat 00:38:453 (4) have better emphasis, as it won't be hidden with the other notes.
00:38:852 (6) - Snap this note properly as it breaks how the speed up is done, moving it somewhere else and putting it back should work.
00:43:636 (49,51,52,53,56) - These big notes are too much in this part as it is not heavier than the previous stream, better keeping them as normal notes. You could add a kat in 00:44:533 and a don in 00:44:732, this would help to keep following this fast instrument while keeping this part not too heavy in notes, allowing
00:53:404 (97) - Remove this note so you keep following that windy instrument cleanly.
00:55:197 (105) - ^, or you could add a slider in 00:54:799 - 00:55:197 for the same purpose.

01:42:240 (35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42,43,44,45) - If you could follow the percusions better here it'd be nicer, this stream feels really out of place, yes, music is intense but doesn't reflect the main rhythm in the music too fine. Removing 01:42:340 (36,41,44) would be enough, you can try a different way though.
01:44:632 (47) - Remove this note and extend the slider here, this allows the slider to cover better the held note and makes 01:45:032 (48) have more emphasis.
01:45:031 - Here you could try a rhythm like this, the constant 1/1 doesn't really represents the music nicely here, as the song has still some variety.

This difficulty has the same difficulty consistency problems Oni has.
00:13:337 - 00:22:905 - This part has a higher note density than 00:26:094 - 00:35:663, but it's calmer, and this really breaks how the map feels, you should follow something similar as I suggested in Oni and make the first part follow only the flute, so the second part would be intenser now, matching with the song.
00:37:656 (1,2,3,4,5) - As in Oni.
00:38:852 - I'm going to suggest a general pattern for this kiai, note that the song begins this 1/4 rhythm on the white ticks, so this section would benefit greatly with the triples beginning in the white ticks, and specially there should be a triple in the downbeat (the large white tick). ddd are highly suggested to use over kkk, something like this, you could try in different colors and put what you feel better.
00:44:234 (35) - You could remove this note so you follow the piano better.
00:51:211 (65,66,67) - k k d -> k ddd, this would emphasize nicely this last note.

This diff is very simple compared with the Muzukashii, there are very few 1/2 patterns, adding a few more would make the spread better.
The first kiai would benefit with some more notes.
I'm going to focus on notes that could be moved to improve the rhythm or follow better the instruments I think you're basing on, don't be scared about the length ;w;

That'd be all from my part, fixing the difficulty inconsistencies that Oni and Muzukashii have would be a big step ahead, as it's the biggest problem it has, Futsuu only suffer of this a bit in the first kiai.
