Kantan
General:
This feels a bit difficult for a kantan, maybe reduce the length of combos (for example maximum of 5 notes with 1/1 notes in a row).
Slider velocity: possible change to 1
SV multiplier: change to 1x at all times? You have slight changes in these, but it might be more appropriate for kantan to stick to one SV multiplier to make it easier for new players. Maybe start with the SV multiplier changes from futsuu onwards instead of from kantan.
Some of your large notes feel a bit out of place in my opinion.
Maybe decrease the volume more for the non-kiai time further as well?
00:14:568 (14) - add finish according to the music
00:16:567 (18) - move to 00:16:966 (18)
00:18:965 (23) - remove to split up the longer combo
00:19:365 (24,25) - remove finish - i don't think there is anything to emphasize here

00:22:163 (30) - remove to allow players to prepare for the slider better

00:31:759 (46) - add finish and move to 00:33:757 (50) - finish follows the music + spacing before longer pattern

Futsuu
Last thought on muzu: maybe make some triplets a bit simpler like kkk or ddd because your muzukashii might feel more like an easy oni otherwise. Similar to my suggestions for kantan, this difficulty is maybe a bit too high for futsuu, mainly because you use a lot of notes with only 1/2 spacing.
Instead, you could use longer patterns of notes with 1/1 spacings like you did in your kantan instead.
In my opinion short patterns of 3 notes with 1/2 spacing might be better to make the difficulty easier, so you could make some of the 5 note 1/2 patterns like 00:40:154 (5,6,7,8,9) shorter.
Maybe use something like this pattern: starting from 00:40:154 (5).
