There's one big issue that might make this unrankable but might not, depending on the BATs who rank it and what they think:
The gap between Normal and Hard is REALLY big.
This is mainly due to the excessive usage of jumps and streams in Hard and the really big settings gap between the two diffs. I'd suggest you either nerf the Hard or add a new diff.

- 01:17:214 (2,3,4) - This looks kinda bad ingame, stack leniency only moves the circle so it's just slopslopslop.
- 01:17:539 (4,5) - These sliders kinda ignore the rhythm, there are blunt triplet sounds, yet you used 3/4 sliders? ._.

- 01:26:620 (3) - This ignores a really strong 1/4 sound, maybe map a stream instead of this?
- 01:27:917 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1) - This is really confusing, you used similiar spacing for 1/4 triples but you use such spacing for 1/3, Maybe just do a consistent spacing high spacing stream that might be easier to read?
- 01:29:701 (3,4,5,1) - This 1/6 quad is really questionable, maybe just use a kickslider instead of it so it's not as strange to play and out of place?
- 01:35:052 (1,2,3) - I really don't like the current movements on this, You could possibly Ctrl + G 01:35:377 (2) - To make the pattern a bit more interesting and fun to play.
- 01:43:160 (2) - Move to x:299 y:89 for a perfected stack with 01:42:836 (1) - 's tail.
- 01:46:079 (3,4,5,6,1) - Wtf, this is so strange to play, a player would expect a star jump here but instead there are some really odd spacing changes in this. Please consider turning this into a star.

- 02:08:458 (6,1) - Maybe blanket these while maintaining the perfect stack?
- 02:40:566 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1) - As previously pointed, these 1/3's spacing is really tough to read as 1/3, Making people just tap these as two 1/4 triples. Consider doing a consistent spacing 1/3 stream instead so it's easier to read.
- 02:45:755 (1) - Shouldn't this start at 02:45:431 - To match the odd hold sound there is in the song?
- 03:14:944 (1,2) - I really don't like this blanket due to the fact that there's a small part of it that isn't really well done due to the red point, I'm talking about the left side, which makes it look a bit sloppy. Consider reshaping the slider a bit to fix this.
- 03:20:133 (1,2,3,4) - Massive jumps in a kiai is one thing, but this is just strange.. In the middle of a tense kiai part with massive jumps and fast sliders, you suddenly put an antijump that isn't really readable due to the triple there is under (1), Causing it to just feel out of place with the whole intensity of the section. Please consider redoing this somehow so it isn't stacked and isn't annoying to play.

- -1 HP for better spread? Extra is already HP7 and Hard is HP5, so it would make sense for this to be HP6.
- To be honest, I really don't like the usage of normal claps here, maybe get some nice sample that isn't as strong but still gives the effect that you want? Alternatively, use soft claps instead.
- 00:10:728 (1) - I'd say a soft finish will fit pretty well on head.
- 00:30:836 (3) - Add finish on tail to match the heavy drum sound in the song?
- 00:51:593 (2) - There's nothing but vocals that backs this up, which makes this feel strange considering the vocal starts on 00:51:431 - Consider starting the mapping from either 00:51:431 - Or 00:51:755

- Some of the comboing is inconsistent, sometimes you put a new combo on every big white line, sometimes on every two, make up yer minds!
- What's up with the combo colors on this diff? ._.
- Maybe make the hitsound volumes identical to Extra? most of the sections are really loud compared to it.
- 00:00:350 - It's unrankable to have two points at the same time if they don't have the same volume and sampleset.
- 00:04:241 (1,2,3) - Stack leniency causes the spacing to be lower than it actually seems in editor, consider manually unstacking to be able to fix the spacing. Try to apply this to the rest of the stacks in the map.
- 00:08:133 (1,2,3) - Current flow feels a bit broken, maybe Ctrl + G 00:08:620 (2) - and 00:08:944 (3) - for nicer and more intuitive movements?
- 00:33:431 (3,4,1) - Something in the current movement feels unintuitive, It's a jump into odd drop-off flow, which causes for some wonky movements and really likely misses. Consider doing Ctrl + G on 00:33:755 (4) - So the movements are nicer and work better for the player.

- 02:36:025 - This section just needs redoing, these stacks are incredibly ridicilous to read even for Insane players, so in a Hard this is just crazy hard and will probably cause unfair fails.
- 02:41:863 (3,4,5,1,2,1,2,3) - This sorta relates to the previous section, this spacing is extremely strange to read and play, gimmicks like this are just not acceptable in a Hard.
- 03:07:809 (3,4,1) - I personally find movements like this really boring to play, maybe Ctrl + G 03:08:133 (4) - For nicer and more interesting movements?
- 03:24:025 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - Consider incorporating atleast one slider here, this is extremely dense due to this BPM being reletively high, which might make this too hard for a Hard diff.
