Well, I will try to refrain from posting too much style-changing comments in my mod, but let me be honest here, I don't really enjoy the, albeit unique, style of your map (reminds me of some soulfear maps, for example this
http://osu.ppy.sh/b/66465, but fear's mapping fits the music much more than yours). It's interesting at first but soon gets boring due to the monotonous repeat of the same rhythmic structure, which is due partially to the music itself but I do think there're space for improvement. Will try to suggest some ideas but merely suggestions, as I've no idea how to map with this style you are using.

Suggest CS-1, as I feel that the map is a bit too empty with CS5. Also, CS5 makes a lot of triplets really hard to click, especially with hard rock.
This diff is way too random for you, seems that you are just putting whatever pattern that you think of. The link between the pattern and the music is quite weak imo. Also you don't have to make a pattern for all triplets in the vocal, could use something different (you could probably have a look at Yousei Teikoku's Asgard, which have three ranked versions, may be inspiring I feel.)
00:06:546 (1,2,3) - inconstant spacing. Happens a lot afterwards so I won't repeat this for every single case. You probably need to check and make sure the spacing is constant (1.0x) for all the triplets of this kind.
00:09:500 (3,1) - the spacing here is way too extreme, which doesn't fit well as there's no obvious "jump" in the music

00:34:728 (1,2,3,4) - try make some geometric shape out of it, e.g. a kite or something like that. current arrangement is quite messy. You may also considering some jumps for 3 & 4, like you did for 00:40:864 (5,6,7), as the vocal does suggest jumps.

00:42:455 (3,4,5,6,7) - you may considering using some overlapping patterns. Arranging everything is a line/curve gets boring. The vocal at 00:42:682 (5,6,7) do suggest some back n' forth jumps (due to the pitch of the first and third note being identical).

00:50:637 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - make sure the curve is smooth. Anyways this plays kinda weirdly, don't know how to change though.

You should really check your map and fix obvious spacing issues first. Also try to make more interesting pattern that fit the music better (I know this is a really generic statement, but I can't think of a better way to say this).
Feel free to ask me for a recheck if you feel satisfied with the map yourself.
