It's making an 1/2 slider, copy paste it while turning it verticly and horizantly, and then going on (with a circle or slider) on the beginning of the first slider.

Nomination 1 : Finish Jump
Basically means a jump usually at the end of a combo/lyric to emphasize the "power" of that music part. Usually a triangle jump or horizontal jump, and it fits the music well. Used widely, and I am not sure whether it has been nominated before or not...
