I remembered I have seen this map before when it is not sumbitted yet, I've give a lot of suggestions there.
So this time comment will be short and sweet since you've already known what I want to say, I guess.
1. Try to make something "up and down" in your diffs. that means, put all of your hyper and harder jumps just in the kiai, or this will just like a jump practice map since you got hyper jumps everywhere.
2.I am not against you use high SV like this, but please note the main slider length in this map is high. maybe try to reduce(means make it face more up or down) it.
3. I can see your improvements in making more of varies rhythm, but I guess that is not enough for this map, maybe put in some additional effort in it ?

Kindly to remind you better remap a bit on this. not to say it is bad, but it doesnt suit really much.
If you decide to remap, please note that the main idea for this part is to
Differentiate this part as the rest. Ask yourself : is there any reason in putting every note, every slider?
Or I make it simple as it is: make sure your pattern here is not suitable for anywhere else in this map. try to make it unique.
Or I will give you some points in detail:
- 00:03:181 (2,1,1,2,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,3) - please please simplify the rhythm as Deif point out. as I state, your main problem in this map is, you want to put all the same rhythm(1/2 or 1/4) in all the way round. it works in some cases (like nightcore, speedcore or something you can hear beat very clear), but not this case.
example:one example: 00:03:181 (2) - to 00:06:023 (2) -
useless beat: 00:04:129 - 00:05:076 - 00:05:392 - 00:06:181 -
- 00:13:602 - you hear the heavy drum just behind the music? That will be a better way of mapping an easier diff!!
try to make beats at every single place which it really needs to perform a beat.
to clarify it:

(1)(2)(3)are the same so better use same patterns. and it seems something from low to high, then back to low, maybe you want to create something stand at beginning, then big movement at the end.
(4) is different from others, so try some simple pattern just for connect the previous and next patterns.(now your pattern is good)
the main thing is, try to make section 1,2,3 constant. since it is the easiest diff of the map, try something predictable.
So as the rest part. guess this easy have a huge job to be done.
note: every suggestion I give in single section is just SUGGESTION, it will be great to see if you have something way better than me, just keep in mind the main thing: even it is an easy, we should put in same effort as an insane.

looks way way way better than Cup.
- 00:03:181 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - if you want to follow the vocal just go ahead, dont switch from vocal to drum to vocal then to something else... that will makes your rhythm sounds really weird.
- 00:16:129 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - better not change your rhythm pattern too frequently in lower diffs (E/N). like here.
I prefer much like this:
- 00:20:155 (3) - blue tick note? or you may want to add note at 00:20:076 - and 00:20:234 - then delete that note.
- 00:20:392 (4) - better start at 00:20:550 -
- 00:25:287 - really a weird blank, there is no point to leave it blank here, since the music background shows a note, your previous and next pattern also no blank here.
- 00:31:287 (4,5) - switch position will be better
- 00:38:076 (2) - ???? any special reason you put like that? or just want a difference?
- ok i guess I know something.
Do not make weak beat start too frequently. this is not a weak beat song, if you force to make weak beat patterns it will make everything gone...
weak beat--> your pattern or note start at red or blue(i guess not) tick, and leave the long white tick blank.
White tick is ALWAYS useful, do not make them sad.

oh 1 more thing, please remember, kiai is often the peak of the song, so you'd better make all your best and jumpy and exciting patterns there. if kiai is just like simply moving then why we need to emphasize it?

the difficutly gap between platter and Rain is too small. maybe you need to make your note at platter less dense.
For me it is just like Rain--> AR8 HP6 then everything no change...
but at least the rhythm is reasonable enough, also the jump seems ok to me
- 00:02:708 (1) - i know it is intend but it looks really ugly when playing.... consider change it a bit(also in Rain)
- 00:04:129 (3,4,5,6) - ugh... maybe you need to redo this. here heavy beat at 5 but in your pattern you are emphasizing 4 only..
- 00:04:918 (1) - you can put a long slider instead of a repeating slider. the beat at middle point is really annoying.
- 00:21:497 (1) - to 00:36:655 (1) - really better than Rain here. consider to remap here on Rain in this way.
rest part is fine to me.
Just 1 more thing in mapping platter: in this diff, it seems you squeeze your pattern at a very short spacing, force them to left-->right.
maybe you try to look at some sey's platter, there the jump and movement fit really well. I think it will be helpful to you.

main slider length too high, makes people annoying when playing sliders.
already looked a lot of time I guess.
Again, the main problem is also some of the pattern squeeze together, plus high sv, forcing player jump at a very small corner of the map.
try to be more liberality at your patterns.
