• Have to say those beginning hitsounds on galvenize/Insane give a strange feeling, they fit so well with the song it does sound like the notes are completely silent - I had to delete them to see the differences compared to the song. It is an interesting effect but I would make them slightly more noticeable if possible.
• It is unrankable to silence both the slider-slide and the slider-tick hitsounds at the same time (looks like 00:18:788 (1) and 00:23:788 (1) have both silenced + your custom piano sounds).
• If you don't want to have a full kiai section maybe just a kiai fountain at 00:42:538? The contrast between before/after this really stands out so it would fit nicely in my opinion
• Kind of strange you are using custom hit-normals for some of the piano sounds and imported .ogg for some of them. But I guess it is ok.
• You should put preview point at the soft beginning and throw everyone off. (Just kidding).
• Even for that really quiet beginning 5% volume is pretty low. Increase by at least 5%?
• Why only have insane using tick rate 2. Test with the other difficulties?

• Looks good, fairly typical type of Easy but it works.
[Normal]
• Kind of wish those 2 breaks at the beginning didn't exist, the HP drain isn't too high. If you don't agree feel free to wait for more opinions.

• New combos seem to go off following the main beat and instead head towards patterns towards the end of the map, up to you if you want to keep them like that but I would keep them on the main white ticks as you did before. For example 01:12:538 (3) and 01:17:538 (5) are both on main beats.
• Would expect this to be called galvenize's Insane or something to match easy, but I guess this is a standard naming system for you.
• Could include a lot more finish hitsounds if you wanted to (as other difficulties do)

00:47:538 (3) - I would keep the combo on the main beat here, not 00:47:225 (1).
00:51:288 (1) - remove combo to match previous patterns
01:00:506 (3,4,5,6,7,8) - I'm fine with some jumps for such an upbeat part but can't follow spacing here at all
01:22:538 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - this part threw me off. The way insane does it works (and technically it can be done in 1/3) but the sliders don't fit in that way and everything else after you have used the background 1/4 beat so I would stay with 1/4 there as well. --- Looks like this has been fixed from your last post and it was a snapping error

00:22:850 (5,6,7) -unnecessary spacing changes for such a soft part, keep them all equal if possible
00:33:163 (6,1) - reduce spacing, I wouldn't expect to have to make too many jumps at this part and the next 90% easily makes up for jumps
00:43:788 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - strange to hear regular whistles here (only place in the map)
00:46:131 (6,7,3,1) - looks strange as they are almost stacked, I would stack them perfectly
01:12:538 (1,3) - doesn't look too good overlapping while playing
01:16:288 (1,3) - would prefer stacked but obviously on purpose so up to you
