00:36:687 (2) - Move down a grid as it makes perfect blanket
00:33:601 (1) - ^ to keep the slider head overlapped. (will cause minor spacing inconsistency between surrounding sliders but can be easily adjusted)
00:38:744 (2) - Nudge over to x:200 y:56 for less of a gap
01:09:601 (2,1) - Curve (2) slightly for a better blanket?
01:33:258 (1,2) - These could use a nicer blanket
01:40:458 (3) - Perhaps map a slider with the tail end overlapping the location of 01:43:544 (3) to bring out the use of symmetry here

Maybe consider halving the combos you do on this difficulty. It's a bit awkward to have just 2 objects per combo I guess. Not a big deal.

01:04:115 (3) - I think moving this down and to the left provides better flow.
01:07:544 (2) - nazi symmetry check here.
01:32:229 (2) - I think (443,78) provides a slightly better blanket

HP+1? Would match your other difficulties better and I think there's enough being played throughout the difficulty where you don't need HP5.

00:37:201 (3) - Maybe remove the whistle from the start/end and add one to the repeat. To me it sounds too busy here with those two quick hitsounds.
02:17:829 (4) - move down to (337,36) for perfect symmetry with 02:17:144 (3). uguu

01:42:172 (3,4) - I actually think that there's a better way for you to map this that fits what your general theme. Try this pattern instead. http://puu.sh/4raR0.jpg This way, you can put a jump to the 1/1 slider where the vocal and the drums are the strongest. I think it feels better this way and fits better with how you've been using jumps to 1/1 sliders for vocal emphasis.
02:12:344 (1,2,3) - maybe too much of a jump here, there isn't much in the music to emphasize here. I suggest decreasing the spacing a bit.
02:47:144 (6,1) - I don't like how this feels as a stack. I prefer an unstack with a bigger jump to (1) than the spacing from 02:46:629 (5,6). Doing so will put a bigger emphasis on that vocal part on the downbeat which feels stronger to me.
03:28:458 (1,3) - Don't really like this overlap because I think it can easily be avoided without affecting the flow here too badly, so I suggest fixing this.
03:30:172 (6,7,1) - This jump could be bigger IMO. It's the big one before the final kiai, so it would be nice to have a bigger jump.
03:30:515 (1,2) - I would prefer for this to just be one slider. That would match the vocal line better and it would be more consistent with your overall theme in this map.

That's all I've got. Sorry I don't have much more, but this song is really pretty and your mapping is beautiful and matches the music really perfectly. I would give you more stars but yeah. Good luck!

HP+1? Would match your other difficulties better and I think there's enough being played throughout the difficulty where you don't need HP5. i would do it if the star rating wern't 4.74...trying to keep the 4 1/2 star display to differentiate from Eternity
