I feel like there's a little overuse of triplet patterns. I'm pretty sure you can create some variety using the vocals also instead of following the percussion, especially during the exciting kiai times. For example, 00:51:784 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - here feels redundant after playing the previous combo. I'd use more 1/2 sliders or something to follow the flow of the vocals. The previous combo is also more okay since the vocals are held out, giving you room to create the triplets. So yeah, I suggest you go through some parts and consider this~ ► Changed and re-worked some patterns. Changed some triplets into other things more fitting the song (: .

2. 00:59:094 (3) - With the lyrics, it would be playing better if you delete the circle (4) and then add a reverse arrow to this slider.
3. 01:23:296 (1,1,1) - the spacings are not consistent, in a certain way. If you look at your easiest difficulty, you've made a triangle form, which makes a nice spacing between them. You could actually do something similar or either make a square form, etc.
4. 02:07:666 (4) - You could actually do something similar like I've mentioned you on 00:59:094 (3) - . I would actually suggest you the same thing on 02:11:700 (3,4) - , but no. The lyrics are different here, which does not sounds good with the reverse.

1. 00:05:649 (5,6,7,8) - This part is totally not the reflection of the previous four circles. You can do better by reversing them with CTRL+G, stacking all the circles with the previous and then, reversing them again. It would look perfect.
2. 01:04:641 (4) - To do like you've done to 00:43:716 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - , you should be adding a new combo here and then, delete the new combo on 01:05:145 (1) - . To be honest, it shouldn't be so bad.
3. 01:06:658 (5,6,1,2,3) - OMG! THIS IS SO PERFECT!
4. 01:29:347 (5) - Feels like a new combo should be added here, don't you think?
5. 02:33:884 (5) - This combo is getting a bit long, it would be suggested to add a new combo here or, on the previous circle.
