A parody of Chuck Norris would make for a pretty lol dancer model.
No there is nothing that sparks the imagination. No rhythm panels hidden there or anything.Loginer wrote:
Unless there is anything else there, no. But I like your concept art. :/awp wrote:
Steven Seagal and Adam West, that is.
Also @lolginer hey I don't suppose you need a back view of my designs do you?
Eh... That... Thing looks like it's bold. <.<31Gabe wrote:
This is Osume Osunic, an anime-style girl with a pink kimono (even though the socks are white and the sandals are brown and red).

Did you draw it? It's a good drawing.kage__7 wrote:

I think this was supposed to be a unique proposal for the mascot, rather than a take on awp'sLuigiHann wrote:

Think you could tweak the outfit and hair to match AWP's concept sketches?

Is it even possible for you to be a bit serious every now and then?31Gabe wrote:
kage__7, your mascot portrait doesn't have a kimono. I am of the opinion that it is better for it to have a kimono.
awpEDIT: you need to be constructive, not abusive. I've edited the post, but don't be an idiot in the future, thanks.
Yeah. I'm suggesting one, big Osu button instead of a variety of small ones.Echo49 wrote:
A pendant/necklace of the osu button sounds like a good idea, but remember we can't go overboard with osu buttons.

Wheres the eyeglasses?
I think the model needs a bit more Curves on the torso(thinning near the waist area).Loginer wrote:
Find something I need to improve. AND IF YOU MENTION TOES/FINGERS, I'M GOING TO TRACK YOU DOWN AND SHOOT YOU.
They used to be lower - loginer listened to someone's advice and moved them up I think... they were more in-place before :/.awp wrote:
Also breasts are too high up; collarbones, anyone?

I could try after finals assuming you don't mind waiting. Might be hard to keep the drawings consistent enough, though.Loginer wrote:

It would help if you drew a picture like that with a front view, and one with a left view, as I could use them while modeling. :/
Meh, I could try fixing the model up today. :/MOOMANiBE wrote:

I don't think Lolginer actually needs a rendered image (right?), just basically an inked outline similar to what you were doing in your previous image. Just so we don't get the wrong idea and use up unnecessary energy.MOOMANiBE wrote:

Yeah, it's just that when you're drawing for a model you have to make absolutely sure that the proportions are the same down to the finest details in both directions, otherwise problems start cropping up for the modeler. It takes a bit, which is why I'm waiting ^_^;;awp wrote:

I'll probably do one eventuallyawp wrote:
On that note, I myself would still like to see a rendered image =3
Meh, not really. <.<MOOMANiBE wrote:

SOooo I drew up some character concepts but wanted to know what you guys thought before I proceeded, this is far from done but . Their outfits are very reminiscent of cheer outfits used in Japanese/Korean school. They are currently nameless but I like the name "Asami" for the female. Just throwin' this out there~![]()

Female - ugh. reminds me of sailor moon - i much prefer the previous two concept works by kage7 and awp personally.
I wouldn't say non-human... just a little awkward. Otherwise I love the pink scheme.Echo49 wrote:

I like this new design, Sarumaru. I like the legwarmers in theory, but I can't help but think they make her look more like a Gundam, lol.
I agree with the "osu" one but I think skirt and face are fine. Imo her arms and legs could be more thin thoughawp wrote:

Thanks awp! Speaking of which, here's another image that I drew which is -loosely- based on awp's idea (When I drew the first two chars, I did not bother reading through the thread). It's is a very rough sketch but you get the idea.

Agreed on the skirt being fine, but the arms and legs shouldn't go any thinner, else she'll start looking too skinny.Echo49 wrote:
