Your statement "needlessly hard," if it is referring to the overall difficulty of the map, makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. It implies that the map is somehow "too hard for the song," which is a stupid concept, since you can't just listen to a song and say, "oh, the map for it must be around this difficulty with this SV, blah blah." Yes! This is a more logical statement. I assure you, the relative internal difficulties of this map have been very meticulously thought out--relative SV, object density, smoothness of flow, etc.
Trust me, if I wanted to make a "needlessly hard" beatmap, I would put spam random circle jumps for the entire seven minutes of the song.
