I have the correct track long ago before it was fixed on Cytus orz (it's available under 未分類歌曲 section on his streetvoice website, result of my stalking orz :3)

You should use Tick Rate 4, I reckon, since the BPM is pretty low and the song is quite heavy on the drums.

First off I'm not a huge fan of these straight-then-curved sliders you used. Not a huge deal but I think regular s-shaped slider would look slightly better.
00:30:139 (1) - How about ctrl-h ctrl-j ctrl-g on this slider (of course leave it at the same spot though) so that the previous circle doesn't overlap it as much?
00:31:994 (3) - Might as well be 2 circles. New players don't really like short sliders, they release too soon and get a 100 or 50.
01:24:112 (3) - I know you're following the piano here and it makes sense but I can't help thinking a 1/2 reverse slider would fit better here, especially with the hitsounding, it'd be great. You choose.

Alright. I'd say as a first thing: higher spacing on the entire diff so that objects don't touch each other. That really looks bad.
00:33:899 (1,2,3) - Transition really awkward with the timing change, I see you tried to lead into it with a slider which is a good idea but in my opinion it still feels awkward. I'd say remove, this is a perfect spot in the music for the player to tell themselves "oh, time to get back in the game"
00:51:476 (4) - Stacks in this difficulty are really scarce. I counted 4 max. Just remove them all, they're so rare they feel out of place. Yay consistency!

00:37:355 (9) - This goes for all of the sliders like these you used here -- don't. I don't think they work with the music and playing them was awkward.
00:44:102 (6) - Add a repeat so it doesn't feel empty and it'll help you leading into the jump at 00:46:299 (4) - which I missed since I thought it was 1/2.
01:25:368 (1,2,3,4,1,2) - This works but I feel like could be improved. You're having a lot of speed built up with the 4 notes and then it comes to a brutal stop, which is okay, but I'd say increase the spacing and stack the next notes, probably would feel better.
01:26:623 (3,4) - These tricked me at first because they had 2 repeats. My advice on this (at least for the first one) would be to reduce spacing so it's more obvious that there is more than one repeat here. You can also delete the repeats and go full 1/4 sliders if you don't wanna be bothered.
01:27:878 (1,2,3,4,1,2) - Same as above, but not as much emphasis on it. The player's expecting things like that at this point.
01:38:548 (3) - Yo this slider end's not snapped to anything dawg

  1. There a lack of combo color imo, I don't know if you just wanted for just two colors , but if your interested you could also use this darkish blue color in the map , I think it seems to fit the map nicely with the Gothic bg.

  2. I agree with previous modders about the audio lead-in it seems unnecessary, its purpose is so people have time to play the map, not for music-wise reasons, but if you insist to keep it then I will not stop you.
  3. You don't seem to have any Kiai's time in your diff, consider adding a "kiai" point in the map even if it really short. and make sure you do it across all diffs too if you apply this
[Easy]

  1. 00:48:025 - You seem to be adding extra 1/4th beat notes to place where vocals are spoken , maybe its to emphasize the vocals in a way. Therefore, If you are doing so , adding a note here would be a good idea because it fits your previous rhythm patterns and as said already , it vocals vocals as well.
  2. 01:35:410 (1) - Please add a finish here , You seem to be switching on and off with finish , skipping 1 strong possible finish beat and then adding it to the next one, if you are following such hitsound pattern, then you should add a finish here to keep consistency with the rest of the following finish hitsounds coming after this
  3. 00:30:139 (1) - This is really really close to touching the hp bar, I suggest you move it down and then reposition the two notes following in this pattern to avoid further issues
