Yomigana is HARD. Especially the ones where you have to name the famous people of Japanese history...out of the names there I only knew one...

There was one Shiritori game where it forced you to start with letters like 'pu', 'pa' and so on- rare letters of the alphabet. Quite challenging, that one.

Fixed my cellphone's camera.
And I'll record 'フンダリー ケッタリー'(Fundari Kettari)[Keroro Gunso OP7]'s notes.
It exists on only Taiko 11.[Damn it...]

BTW, anyone know what's the title for keroro op.2? It's sounds that you can make a 10-star map out of it. And japanese ppl came to my school for~ They said a trip wsevint.. Curious just need help: for the notes in wiki, there is a line in the front n back of a map. If i use 1/2 do I need to count it as 1 line or 2 lines? Sorry I dunno what's it's called anyway :cry:

That's a Taiko emulator / simulator / etc. It's not real taiko.

Edit: Low fps and constant (boring) streams are hurting my eyes D:

And no one wants to record them either...

The only ones they record are the Namco Originals, the new game musics and the occasional new classic song.

Guys if you are interested I got LH to make a slightly more realistic health bar for the taiko mode, with the pass section brought up to a more suitable level.





He said they won't be added unless they can be separate sprites (what with osu! mode having a different pass level) so until then, I share these links.

Totally, I mean you could still have a whole new game as well as old maps on the machine. You could select which 'set' of maps you wanted, eg. 10, 11, 12, 12.5, 13... and so on as they will bring out a new machine for each. -_-

What would also be cool then is if it was possible to add your own notes for a map via software from NGBI on your pc. You would take the map with you on a special memory card to the arcade, and then you could play your custom notes on the arcade. Why not? They can always make it so you can't go over 999 or put this note there or whatever anyway. And if this really isn't enough, they could charge you more money for that function.

Man I should be working for NamcoBandai.

Good example:Drummania[It contains all of songs that exists on old vers :3]
Ahh... Why NBGI doesn't contain all of songs :( [Like Koi wa Mizuiro or ETC.]

And custom-notes...
ITG2 seems possible to put custom-notes[But it seems like hacking]

To be fair, the Taiko no Tatsujin series is primarily for arcade, and while it'd be nice for arcade games to simply download or upgrade themselves, it doesn't work that way in the land of the rising sun (though it should). When TnT starts putting out FIVE(!) separate games on console in a year, I'd start complaining (lol not really).

On that note, I really wish Namco-Bandai would release Taiko no Tatsujin Wii 2 and at least give the option of buying the game and the drum separately. It's absurdly expensive to go and import TnT Wii!

Zekira: September 19 is not the release of TnT13. I double checked the blog.

'９月１９日（土）に幕張メッセにて開催される「第４７回アミューズメントマシンショー」に、
「太鼓の達人１３」が出展します！しかもプレイ可能！！フリープレイ！！！'

They're putting the machine on a amusement convention on that date. So they'll have a few new songs, but not the full songlist.

Regarding the background change, I believe it to be a bug... but peppy didn't give me a clear answer when I asked him:

"Rokodo [RL]: What happened to the taiko bgs?
peppy: I don't know." -is basically what I got.

I believe he's trying to convert taiko for full widescreen compatibility. Just watch this space, I guess.

Need timing help with Kurenai. I understand it's a rock song so it has dynamic BPM. I don't have a software (yet) that can help me split the tracks into every sequence so that I can test the BPM on each sequence. Can someone do this for Kurenai (or just teach me how you actually get the BPMs for this)?

Great! Hopefully importing Taiko no Tatsujin Wii 2 will be a bit more affordable if sold alone. Then I can buy the tatacon separately. And then buy the first Taiko no Tatsujin Wii with my tax refund next year. Then I'll have 2 tatacons! Just as keikakku...

Well, it wasn't planned, but I'm really hyped regardless!

On a related note, maybe the Wii tatacon works better with osu! than the ps2 one through an adapter. Something always seems off when I use the ps2 tatacon...

The PS2 controller is a piece of shit on osu! I wasted a lot of money in terms of wanting to play new arcade maps with that controller...

Man I should ask for an Asian/chipped wii this xmas...

Trouble is I'm worried if I'll be disappointed with the wii tatacon too. You would think SOME third party company would make a nicer one.

Slightly off topic, but it's really easy to softmod a wii these days. I'm gonna be ready and waiting with my American wii!

Looks like Play Asia has Taiko no Tatsujin Wii 2 listed for pre order for $50 stand alone. I would go ahead with the "plan", but I'm discovering that the cheaper Wii tatacons are Chinese knockoffs. 3.Miss count doesn't consider it :3
Baisoku=less than 10可
Sanbai=less than 15可
Yonbai=less than 20可
4.Result and unlocked song :3

Can't you just play Saitama 2000 on 'yonpai'?

Also, to Rokodo, a chipped Wii is much better and safer than a softmodded one. You don't have to worry about updates bricking the Wii and whatnot. And you get region free right out of the box, and the ability to bypass Wii updates. For softmods, the Disc Channel no longer works if you update to 4.0U and up.

And about the tatacon....My 3rd party one sucks. No one makes 'em better than Namco

I dunno about the other stuff, but the bold parts aren't true. You might lose functionality of homebrew, but you should never have to worry about bricking unless Nintendo does something stupid like in the most recent update (which is a whole other can of worms). Even then homebrew peeps are always one step ahead and a fix is ready within a day of an update should anything go wrong. And I'm rocking 4.1U and my disc channel works fine. But this is neither here nor there.

I can only do 8 star oni maps for now, and I'm in no rush to start tackling Saitama2000! Much less HayaSaitama2000!

Edit: Wow, that didn't look so bad at all. Maybe it was the camera angle or something, that looked pretty simple...

OK, strangely enough they changed the lyrics of the Kiai time to the actual Don-Katsu narration.

EDIT: Is the dude playing there using Rolling since he's finishing the burst notes real quick

EDIT2: No crystal, it seems like HayaSaitama is only 1.2x speed, but DoubleTime on osu! is 1.5x. I notice this since I tried it right now... and the osu! doubletime is going too fast.

What no! It's only less than that number of 可. Look at the vid again, player got only 6 可 and unlocked Haya.

...unless I'm missing something here?
