Just getting back into the modding game, sorry if some of my suggestions are faulty or this mod isn't of the highest quality.

ANYWAYS.

Overall:
The mp3 needs to fade out. You can go into Audacity or another sound editing software and add a little fade. Right now the mp3 ends abruptly, which is not good.
Combo Color 4 and 5 are really similar, making things really confusing. Try changing them (or at least change the order of them) so they're not so confusing.
Sometimes the blue combocolor gets hidden when the video gets really dark (especially in the end of the map.)

Hard:
00:09:981 (3) - Add whistle or soft finish (soft as in lowering the volume of the note).
00:10:955 (1) - End this on the previous white tick. It just sounds awkward where its ends atm
00:15:046 (1,2,3) - Personally, I'd just remove these and have the section as a little break.
00:17:772 (2) - Add whistle
00:19:137 (6) - Add whistle on beginning of slider
00:25:371 (4) - ^
00:26:345 (1) - Add whistle on end of slider
00:27:903 (1,2,3) - Remove NC and just make this a slider? At this slow tempo, a lot of people will end up fumbling on this.
00:31:409 - For this section up to 00:35:695 (1), I don't like the little piano notes that are in there, mostly because it's not based on any given rhythm. However, a break feels weird here too. Maybe put a spinner? I'm not sure, but the piano things are just weird atm.

  • 00:07:643 (3) The endpoint is kind of off the grid at the top. Not sure if it'll make too much of a difference, but you can make it going downwards instead.
    00:40:371 (1,2) It might be better if 1 was a slider and the endpoint of 2 was a circle. It just feels odd that 1 is a circle and to me it would make more sense as a slider.
    00:44:656 I'm not sure it why there isn't a circle here. It would improve the flow of the rhythm and there already is a lot of objects that are spaced a 1/2 beat from each other so it shouldn't make it harder.

    01:22:448 (1,2,3) Hmm... Nothing wrong with it, but you may just want to replicate that long 2 beat slider a while back here to have symmetrical rhythms.

  • Why is the AR rate 6? A Hard difficulty should have an approach rate of 7 or 8 but never 6.
    I think your 1/4 streams have a very close distance snap that looks kind of odd. To make things worse, it isn't even consistent in places like 00:21:669 (2,3)
    00:32:578 (1,1) I'm not quite sure why these are both new combos...
    00:57:124 (4,1) This isn't perfectly stacked together.
    00:59:455 (1,2,3,1) This is arranged in a weird way. You should make it look like a distinctive shape, such as a + sign. Also, the last 1 shouldn't be a new combo. The two following this should.
    01:20:111 (2) This doesn't look good when overlapping 3. You should probably move it to the right and up.

[General]

- Countdown doesn't display anyways so might as well just remove from Hard.
- I don't understand why you made combo color 4 & 5 almost the same. Please try to distinguish between them more or just remove combo color 5. While I am not sure, I believe doing new combos like this is unrankable. If you want to use two orange for whatever reason, just make sure that there is another color in between so that it's not two orange new combos in a row.
- Consider adding a silent slider-slide hitsound, sound too loud for me for 00:18:603 (3,1) - in Normal for example.

[Normal]

- Consider -1 hp, seem better to me looking at Hard hp drain.
