I suggest to swap the combo colour order, because these colours are too similar.
So instead of
Combo1 : 44,243,184
Combo2 : 0,255,255
Combo3 : 196,136,255
Combo4 : 255,179,255
I think is better
Combo1 : 44,243,184
Combo2 : 196,136,255
Combo3 : 0,255,255
Combo4 : 255,179,255
or something similar

00:15:051 (1) - I suggest to spacing properly this. It's confusing (especially for newbie) since it's close to the previous beat.
00:49:125 (3) - New Combo to be consistent with 00:46:347 (1) -
00:49:125 (3,4) - I think that would be nice to move (3) to 00:49:310 - (with same end) and fix slider and spacing. That way it follow the previous placement (00:46:347 (1) - ) and, for me, sounds better.

Generally speaking, your arrangement on the rhythm is fine,but the flows are of too much overlap, and the arrangement makes the circles too close to each other, the sliders are too short & slow.
But that's ok since every mapper will face these problems when they made their first map
Come on and get more mods to improve it! ;)
Suggestion:Get some nice maps of your map's BPM and diff, learn form their arrangements!

01:35:421 (1) - this spinner too long for Easy players. they can be tired by this spinner.

  4. 01:56:718 (1) - Move it at 01:56:532. Then repeat this slider one more time to follow the rhythm.
  5. 02:04:310 (1) - Remove NC?
  6. 02:12:458 (1) - Change repeat slider to normal slider 1/1 beat. It will be better.
  7. 02:19:125 (2,3) - Slider tail which have reverse picture is overlap. You must avoid overlapping of both slider tail.
  8. 02:33:199 (1,1,2) - Spinner is too short for this diff. I suggest remove slider of 02:36:162 (1). Then move spinner end to replace, and don't forget add NC on 02:37:273 (2).

  3. 01:25:144 (1) - Spinner start at 01:25:051. It doesn't follow the rhythm.
  4. 01:27:829 (7) - I don't sure add NC or not? but it will be able to reduce the confusion.
  5. 01:52:644 (6) - Add NC here to easy to playing imo.

  7. 01:58:904 (1,2) - Remove NC on (1), but add it on (2) instead, but if you don't change those, please reduce spacing be better.

Comment: I feel Normal, and Hard diff should want more mod. However, Easy diff isn't problem more than this. For Rainbow X Regou diff, I really prefer it.
