The lack of skill is no real excuse, since plaird can play decent enough for TWC standards (yet maybe not as good as other inactive ones, but this can't be helped.)

As other people have been mentioning earlier, I can also come up with a list of possible US players that would fit the bill (did anyone think of Makar? I mean, he's been active in this thread and nobody thought of him lol), but you'd have to talk to Hashish because he's stubborn as hell.
BTW, no match scheduler? Contacting every teams and scheduling isn't so light issue. Switch one of staffs to it?

Advertising and convincing some players are also job for staffs(usually manager's since we lacks staffs before the tournament actually starts), but including some players who does not have idea to play at all also disrupts process of tournament.

You dont need HashishKabob to found a team. If other US players want to participate, they can easily create a team on their own. I probably need to contact some.

I guess it would be wise if other players/captains went around and did some talking to the people of the Eastern countries; I'm sure there's a few that each person has as friends and/or have encountered through the duration of the previous tournament, if I'm not mistaken.
