I guess I just lost interest in it. Still, I just came online to with the other participants luck in the upcoming tournament.

There are some applicants, but we need to sort them out. It was kinda stressful for you to stream the whole TWC alone last year.

Pretty much this. I find it kind of unfair that some countries manage to get players from another country while some other ones cannot even get 3 active players (We are trying hard to find at least 3 active taiko players in France since everyone left for some reasons or don't want to play)

HashishKabob strictly refuses to ask people like plaird. I revoked the status of US to lack of players. The country has enough players. The lack of skill is no real excuse, since plaird can play decent enough for TWC standards (yet maybe not as good as other inactive ones, but this can't be helped.)
Advertising and convincing some players are also job for staffs(usually manager's since we lacks staffs before the tournament actually starts), but including some players who does not have idea to play at all also disrupts process of tournament.

You dont need HashishKabob to found a team. If other US players want to participate, they can easily create a team on their own. I probably need to contact some.
Anyone heard of China/Japan/Korea? Do they know about this tournament? Do they discuss? I actually sent PMs to lots of people and I am curious if it worked.

I guess it would be wise if other players/captains went around and did some talking to the people of the Eastern countries; I'm sure there's a few that each person has as friends and/or have encountered through the duration of the previous tournament, if I'm not mistaken.
