I'll mod Insane, S.S now, More mods will follow (I'm quiet busy atm and don't have time for so many diffs at once~)

Why do you use two different backgrounds? I would get it would only be at guestdiffs, but there is really no sense in using them randomly. Also, they vary in size. D:
No combocolours set!
S.S got a lead-in of 1500ms, which varies from the 0ms of other diffs!

01:37:913 - make the vol.decrese consistent (every white tick ot every 2cnd will do fine)
I dislike the jump from +/-10vol. for vocal/instrumental parts. Since i guess that i cannot change ur mind on that, i would at least encourage you to increase vol. at all diffs by 5%
NC only ever 4th white tick? Really? It's a bit lame, don't you think? Try to keep combos somewhere around 9~00:11:520 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - this combo is a bit long, consider shortening it~
00:17:596 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15) - this combo IS too long, shorten it.
00:24:242 (9,10) - eh, i think they should be at 00:24:432 and you should set a single note at 00:24:242 don't forgett to adapt hitsounds and to NC the combo somewhere!
00:25:761 (2) - hm, i like this one better curved the other way. Try 236|68 for 2cnd waypoint~
00:27:470 (6) - I guess 2cnd waypoint needs to be 1grid left~
00:30:318 (2) - try whistle instead of clap
00:32:027 (2) - this should be a flipped copy of 1~
00:34:875 (4,5) - keep them at the same shape. copy 4 and rotate by 135° (the combo is too long 2~)
00:37:343 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - too long combo~
00:40:571 (1) - 2cnd waypoint needs to be 1grid right (check blue tick -> the sliderball will be in the corner perfectly~//same for next 3 sliders)
00:46:457 (1) - why finish on ending? clap is enough IMO
00:58:989 (1) - 2cnd waypoint at 384|236
01:06:774 (5) - 2cnd waypoint to 392|284
01:11:141 (1) - 2cnd waypoint 1grid right
01:19:875 (1,2,3,4) - these should all be from the same shape. take 1 and copy/paste/flip/rotate/whatever it to get 2-4
